Choice of Apart'hotel

Citadines South Kensington is one of the most distinguished Apart'hotels in our Citadines chain. Fully renovated in 2010, it offers you 92 apartments in over 6 floors, including 62 Studios as well as 30 One-Bedroom Duplex apartments with galleried bedrooms open to the lounge that sleep up to four guests. In the Premier Studios, you have a choice of twin or double beds, which can accommodate up to two guests. The One-Bedroom Duplex apartments are fitted with sofa beds in the lounge area and a double or two single beds in the bedroom. All our apartments are air conditioned.

Ideal Location

The Victoria and Albert Museum and the National History Museum are within easy reach of the Apart'hotel and well worth the visit. While you're here, don't miss a trip to the famous Harrods departmental store. For a taste of the country in the heart of the city, you can follow what the Londoners enjoy - by gathering in Hyde Park especially in the summer to enjoy the good weather, concerts and picnics.

South Kensington itself is filled with many activities - boutiques, cinemas, theatres and restaurants mark this district. Watch a concert at the Royal Albert Hall or the ceremony of Changing the Guard at Buckingham Palace, just a short tube ride away. High Street shops on the famous Kings Road and high-end boutiques on Sloane Street are both within easy reach.

Each studio and apartment of the residence provides a bed with a duvet, flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a direct-line phone, safe deposit box and complimentary high-speed internet connection (Cable and WiFi). It offers a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen area complete with stove, microwave/grill, fridge and dishwasher (in One-Bedroom apartments only).

Personalised services are given to each guest who also benefit from a welcome coffee & tea set and an exclusive range of welcome amenities.

Depuis l'Apart'hotel, ne manquez pas les musées Victoria and Albert Museum ou le National History Museum, tout proches, ni le très institutionnel magasin Harrods. It was a very good stay.. The room was in excellent space, I was accompanied by my wife's family and two children. The services are above excellent, in addition to the location, tranquility and proximity to the subway. Fruits are available daily in the lobby in addition to the coffee machine. The staff were very friendly and I thank them for the good reception and welcome, their names did not come to me, but they have all the thanks and appreciation from me. Jamal Al-Maliki
Good short stay. Tube station is nearby, the area has good choice of halal food / restaurants. Check-in & check out process was seamless and easy. Staff helpful & resourceful. Room size is relatively small, which is of London standard. Has aircond which you can control yourself. And I love the free flow of apples and sometimes bananas & the fact that there is a coffee machine at the lobby.
The hotel situated in prime location no matter you're here for business or leisure. We were there just for a night and lucky enough to get early check-in. We love the self-service coffee machine that we can grab and go instead paying for fancy coffee. The location is close to Gloucester Road station,Royal Albert hall, Hyde park and many Embassy. For downside We can smell cooking from outside during the night and early morning. Pay attentions of couples steps inside the room especially during the night, as they could become a potential tip hazard if you aren't aware of it.
One of the best apart-hotels I've ever been to in my life. The room has a decently sized kitchen and bathroom. Although the area near the bed is slightly cramped. Overall, an excellent experienceRooms: 5/5
A good place to stay if you are visiting London, value for money. The location is ideal if you commute using underground tube as Gloucester road station is 5 mins walk. Rooms are of reasonable size, neat and clean. You might need to remind them for the room service as for me they did not do it even once in 3 nights stay. Update: Given one more star on the service based upon their feedback. Rooms: Reasonable size Nearby activities: Food, bars and all at walking distance Safety: Access to room, lift and main entrance is controlled using Room Access Card. Walkability: Nice pathways to walk and jog. Food & drinks: Halal food available in walking distance
The location and the value is really good. Very helpful staff. The rooms had a good size, we were 3 sharing a room with a double bed and a double sofa bed. Super comfortable and spacey. Rooms: Space, comfortable, good Walkability: Walk distance from the metro station, grocery shops and restaurants.
Everything was perfect in our stay! The room view, the very clean rooms, the Parfum in the reception, the very good coffee machine and specially the service of the reception: they are so nice! We're certainly staying here the next time we're in London!
The room was spacious and large enough, unlike other hotels in London. The location is good for those who prefer quiet peaceful areas, but it's not close to the main attractions. I would recommend it for large families and groups!Rooms: 5/5
I visited this hotel in November 2023. The rooms are spacious and clean, and a variety of cooking utensils are provided. It is also a great location for exploring Hyde Park and several museums. The hotel staff were very friendly upon check-in, and even though check-in was a little late due to a miscommunication, I was impressed with how they tried to take the best care of their customers. It made my first trip to London pleasant. Rooms: clean guest rooom with kitchen
"300 pounds price for a 30 pounds room." For this price, I expect a much much much better room, they don't even have a in-bulit radiator in the room, and the bathroom was tiny. Besides, they charge for room service for 25 pounds each, which I was NOT informed before checking in. Never had such experience before. The only good thing is the location and free coffee and tea. The staff is okay, but I can feel there are not many staff around, sometimes when I call them, there is no response. You can certainly find a better place with equally good locations or better locations.
