We pickup and drop off passengers at this hotel. Our private airport and cruise port transfers are very popular among their guests as this Hotel is located within 25 minutes from Heathrow airport and 85 minutes from Southampton cruise port.  Passengers have great things to say about this hotel. Staff members are always very helpful.

Quaint entryways and hotel doors.  Nice, clean club lounge.  Great restaurant and very helpful Concierge and bell staff.

The rooms are pretty old and it’s pretty pricey. But the food is a thumbs up! Delicious variety eventhough I am a vegan! Loved the chef the this!

Very professional place. A little bit of a maze inside, but the interior is quite modern and very comfortable. Good place for professional events.

Nice hotel. Good lounge for regular patrons .  Less stars for a very boring and repetitive breakfast menu.  5 minutes walk from 2 tube stations. Plenty of eating places in walking distance

Great location wonderful staff,rooms well maintained with everything you need.Executive lounge facilities are an excellent bonus to a fantastic stay!!!!
