Is the hotel closed? Phone is dead. No answer to e.mails for months. Impossible to contact. I don't know how someone managed to stay there six days ago.

Very helpful staff and really nice atmosphere. Old fashioned in design with not the biggest room but still with more than enough space, especially in London. Great location for natural history museum and Olympia, only a shirt walk to a tube station. Woukd definitely recommend to other people.

Nice place to stay, staff are pleasant and helpful,  the room I had was a little cramped but for an overnight stay it is ideal.
