I hope this message finds you well. My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at your nice hotel. Overall, we found the rooms to be satisfactory, and the cleanliness met our expectations. Additionally, the location of the hotel was particularly appealing, and we believe it is one of its greatest advantages. However, I would like to express my concern regarding the charge for Wi-Fi access in a five-star establishment. This seems rather surprising, given the standard of services typically provided at such hotels. Despite this, the stay was nice.
I do not know how a 5-star hotel I stayed before in 4-star hotels that are never at this level. The sheet was cracked and I have a picture that I informed the reception of this matter and told them that bed smell from bathroom coming out to the room and the wash is leaking !! I inform the reception Twice Regarding this, and when cleaning they do not take the used cups also and they said that the manager will talk to me and I gave them my own number to contact me to solve the problem or move to another room but no one had the interest in the guest who is me !! Even if the excuse is that it is an old hotel and the maintenance has not been renovated, especially that it is a 5-star hotel and the price of stay is not simple and since the beginning the employees are not cooperative and not interested. I never advise anyone to stay there, not luxury room or service, and if I try to evaluate even two stars I will not give them and I have pictures of what I say
The service has become very bad compared to the first time I stayed in the hotel. There was a problem in the bathroom and no one came to fix it. I contacted the reception more than once, but there was no response. Room cleaning service is not up to standard, there is a lot of dust on the tables! I asked for the rooms to be cleaned daily, but they never touched the tables. In addition, I completed a full month of checking out and so far the deposit has not been refunded. I am in contact with the hotel on a daily basis, but they are not cooperative. They take my number to pass it to the relevant department, and there is no communication, until I was asked to send more than one email, and so far. I didn't receive any response! A very bad hotel. I do not advise anyone to stay in it.
Excellent hotel location and the room is comfortable although the furniture is old. It does not have the tools that luxury hotels choose such as toothbrushes and cotton. Despite that, the room price is very expensive. Cosmetics, but the staff makes you feel like an unwanted guest due to their taste in dealing with guests, which makes them not think of returning to this hotel.
I've visited london so many times but this is my first time I choose this Hotel to stay. to be honest,, this is the best hotel ever i stayed,, cleaning twice a day,, freindly staff, rooms are bigger than usual hotels in london. this is my hotel now whenever I will visit london. thank you The park tower Knightsbridge hotel,, you made my stay fabulos Rooms: very clean and big Nearby activities: Hyde park, Winter wonderland Safety: 100% Walkability: underground nearby, bus stop, uber
Very unfortunate for well known hotel as the park tower to be in this degraded condition despite the exaggerated price and amazing location. The hallway room doors seemed like it’s been repainted never and over for the past twenty years, the hallways having scratch marks, rooms with old and chipped furniture. This place needs either to be closed and refurbished completely with NEW fit outs or demolished and rebuilt again. I don’t understand how Marriott has it as a signature hotel because it’s no where close to be at that category.
The best hotel in Knightsbridge and the best treatment and experience I have ever re I from this hotel it is my only destination when I come to London and it will always be. The rooms The service The staff. 10/10
The administration of this hotel becomes bad. My friend and I arrived at the hotel before check in time. We ask for a room with nice view and The hotel offered my friend to stay in a room which wasn’t ready, as it was under cleaning process. We waited for more than 2 hours after check in time and the room still wasn’t ready. We spoke to the manager but he didn’t do anything. This is not acceptable, since they offer the room and we already paid the full room amount. If the room wasn’t ready from the beginning they should not offer such room and shouldn’t ask for any payment. This hotel would be my last choice in future unless they change the way they deal with customers in professional way. If anyone think about staying at this hotel, they have to think twice before taking the decision. There are lots of hotels nearby and much better than this hotel. Rooms: Old furniture
very very bad service specially from the bar team, im regular customer in the hotel sometimes i book a room but usually i’d like stay in the lobby and eat food and drinks their. on this trip the bar supervisor Munaf he didnt allow me to have a cup of tea or any kind of coffee and he start saying after 9:00 pm we dont accept non residence customer orders! they close the bar at 1:00 am !!! and the place very quite imagne they cant serve one person! His speech is contradictory and his personality is inappropriate with customers! The day before he told me you could have a coffee but before 11:00 pm!! another story, he told me I could order coffee after 11:00 pm but I had to order a main meal. the duty manager Athena she was very very rude with me she did not give me the opportunity to hear from me or discuss with the bar supervisor! and she mentioned this is bar policy and issued by Mr Ivan the rooms operations manager. The strange thing about this situation is that I spoke to Mr Ivan and explain for him what happend for me during the last three days. He is very nice person and he told me that I could sit and order my coffee any time!
As a Platinum Elite member my wife was denied ALL benefits of the Bonvoy program because I was not present. She had to travel alone because I had to cancel my trip at the last minute. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. This hotel is clearly not up to the standard of the Marriott Luxury Collection! Loyality and customer satisfaction is non-existant here. Avoid this hotel at all cost! Noteworthy details: Not very accommodating or friendly.
