I recently had a disappointing experience at Cineworld. There was an issue with the projector, and the staff were unable to relocate us to another screen. Going to the cinema is something you set aside time for, so it was frustrating to be left without any alternative after adjusting my day to watch a movie. In a time when fewer people are choosing to go to cinemas, I feel that extra care should be taken to make the experience worthwhile. This was a wasted opportunity to build customer loyalty, and unfortunately, it left me feeling that my time was wasted.
Very good place went with kids and family.Really enjoyed the movie .Place was very clean too but didn't like the nachos
Clean cinema, and simple touchscreen self printing ticket machine. Screens easy to find.nParking is free, be aware and don’t pay in forward.
Cineworld cinema is a fantastic place to enjoy movies. We were thrilled to have the opportunity to watch a Lithuanian film—it’s always special to connect with our culture through the big screen. The popcorn was, as always, absolutely delicious, and the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the movie itself! The seating was comfortable, the screen was crystal clear, and the sound quality was perfect. A truly memorable evening, and we’re looking forward to our next visit!
Really lovely cinema, wonderful kind staff, good food and comfortable seats. However, there seems to be an issue with Screen 11's audio specifically where it plays so loud as to be painful. It was so bad that I decided to leave the theatre, as I was afraid of it doing real damage. Hope this gets fixed soon, will be careful to avoid this screen specifically as it's had the same issue in the past. If you're sensitive to sound in any way, I'd check your booking and dodge this screen as well. Absolutely worth going otherwise.
