Have been going to Everyman for quite a long time and have always been treated well. It was my first time at the Everyman Hampstead and to my surprise it had a very vintage appeal. Well suited for such a historical site, and the lovely staff did not disappoint either. I was told my food was going to be slightly late due to a backlog of orders, which seemed quite honest. Even whilst waiting, they offered me a free drink and snack which couldn't have been more customer incentivised. Loved every single bit of it, and the best part is we didn't even come for a movie!
Recently came in and had an amazing experience! Was an hour early for the film so did some work in the gorgeous lounge, Lulu made me feel welcomed and recommend her favourite burger. It was amazing! The film was great, but the best part of the venue are the people that work there. Shoutout to lily also for taking orders just before the film started, was a lovely atmosphere !
The everyman cinemas around hamstead heath still have such a cosy and comfortable atmosphere, I am yet to be disappointed by everyman and their great service.nnI am lucky enough to be able to have been gifted an everyman membership, which has made for such great trips to the cinema, this location has stood up to those expectations. The snacks and popcorn were delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed watching Project Hail Mary here. Notable mentions: Zaine provided wonderful service, and was cheerful and helpful. Would reccomend this cinema for a great experience :

Love this cinema ! Always feels like such a treat. The staff are super helpful, welcoming and friendly and the service, great! There’s often ample opportunity to catch the films I want to.nnBig shout out to Rosie who found my bag I accidentally left behind, she put me at ease over the phone and kept it safe until I could come and pick it up - just representative of the care and community-feel of this cinema.nThank you!
