Love the new Epic screen! It has a HDR Barco projector and Dolby Atmos surround sound! This is my new favourite screen to watch all the latest blockbusters. Go epic!
Weird entrance to screening room almost caused us to miss the start of the film.nStaff were not very helpful in showing us where to go to see the film we booked to see. It was screen 10.nThe entrance was extremely badly marked.nBy the time we found the entrance it looked more like a door to the cleaning cupboard!nAs I am disabled, I wasn't able to 'yomp' up down corridors vainly looking for the entrance.nApart from that, the screening was nice with good reclining chairs and air-con.nThe staff behaved like we were expected to know where to go, but we had never been there before and were pretty stuck for a time.nThey gave us a slip of paper with the door entry code on it, which was extremely weird?nThe venue wasn't bad at all.nI would have rated it higher if the staff were more helpful.
Visited last week and unfortunately had some sound issues during the screening, for which we were kindly reimbursed by the manager. We also had some problems with our drinks, but the staff were very kind and helpful throughout both visits. We really appreciated how everything was handled professionally and the friendly customer service provided.
Your staff member Jessica has outstanding customer service! Despite our circumstance, she turned things around for us and put a smile on our faces!nThe kids and I say she definitely deserves a promotion!!!nnThank you Jessica!!
I love the automatic reclining chairs, no more worrying about space, also comes with tables for your snacks.nWell done VUE for upping your game.nDefinitely my favourite cinema to go to.
