Really enjoyed my experience here. From the outside it looks very small but I was pleasantly surprised once inside. No complaints with the visuals or audio, both were very good. The seating was also excellent with no obstructions where I was or in fact anywhere else in the room I was in (screen 3). If I had one complaint it would be that I found it quite hard to find my seats in the dark as the numbers/lettering are not very visible.

The advantages of this Odeon rely mostly on its very convenient location I think. However, some screens are small, in which they perform the least popular movies, so it actually kind of makes sense that not all screens are huge. Took off one star because once the movie didn’t finish, there were some technical issues with the equipment so we couldn’t watch the last 20 minutes or so of the movie. They did offer free passes for that or any other movie, but still, I spent 2 hours sitting there to not get the complete movie, it was a waste of my time. But anyway, that’s the only bad experience I’ve ever had. So, because of its location (near to my home), and sometimes convenient prices, I might be coming back.

As soon as I entered to the Odeon the first thing I noticed was the smell. Looks like carpets haven't been cleaned properly for ages (or could be something else). Sort of a slow service in the ticket issuing proces. Film hall (Screen 5) is a small sized screen but comfortable seats and fortunately not smelly. First impression is the most important. I would give Odeon Camden another try as Odeon is usually a reputable Cinema chain in UK. Thank you.

Polite staff but as is the case with all cinemas, extremely expensive tickets and refreshments/snacks. We watch the kids special only, as it's cheap. The toilets are satisfactory in terms of cleanliness. The massage chairs are wonderful.

The cinema was big with good seats. The staff was so great, both before and after the movie, I have never been so well received at a cinema before! It was amazing! :-) Went back the day after just to borrow the toilet, and the staff remembered us from the day before, and gave us tips on what to do while we were in Camden. What a service, we did not expect that!
