Ordered ticket online and went in for the VIP experience. It really does make you feel very important. The selection of sweets, treats and ice cream was incredible. The lift to the private VIP area was elegant. There is a lounge area to relax in before the movie. The seats in the cinema were very spacious, private and have an amazing view of the screen. All I’m all a super luxurious experience. Highly recommended the VIP feature in this cinema. It is also very close to some great shops near by Nandoos, five guys, heavenly deserts etc
Awesome place to take kids, it's located in walthamstow market. Reserve the kids before you go to avoid disappointment . They have popcorn with sweet / salt favour, hot dogs and natchos with choice of softdrink and slush. If u ask buy tickets ask in the counter for family which works out cheaper and it's clean place to enjoy the movie. Customer service is great as well. It's friendly for disabled people. Parking is limited, the only place is walthamstow station car park.
We recently went to see the new Avatar movie and it was great the room where our screen was was smaller than usual which made it even a nicer experience. However I just wanted to say that their website seems impossible to use. I wasn’t able to book a ticket through there and it was not very mobile friendly and at the end my payment didn’t go through for some reason. However we got to the cinema and bought the tickets from the self service super quickly so I definitely recommend doing that
Tickets are priced reasonably and there are sometimes extra deals so it feels like we can treat ourselves to a cinema trip more often compared with central London prices. Have always found it comfortable and love the cinema experience. I've noticed there aren't often showings starting much after 8pm which is normally fine but sometimes it would be good to have later options.
Yesterday, we were supposed to see the Whitney Houston film at 2:00p.m, but we arrived 40 mins late. Thanks to my mother So my mother asked a couple of staff members if we could see the 5 o' clock one. However, the lovely male manager swapped the tickets. He was the loveliest out of the team. And we were grateful for his help and also we were relieved that we got a chance to see the film at 5:00p.m.My family and I enjoyed watching this movie The place was quite clean
I’ve never been asked for an id before in a cinema. For a 15 and 16 year old! I was asked to show my Oyster card which has no date of birth on it, so what id was I suppose to show? My passport? Since when has a 15 year old have id? The worker tried to complement us on how we look younger than 15 when we are not. We were not even allowed with parent super vision or when our parents could tell him our age. I think for him it was him taking advantage of his power and using that power on people he thought “looked younger” like he said.
Really nice local cinema which is kept heroically clean considering the amount of popcorn dropped by small children. Regular routine of screenings weekend kids slot/parent and toddler etc and impact screen for blockbuster releases means it can cater for all.
I totally enjoyed visiting this facility, I had a good hassle free experience in terms of buying tickets on the self-service machines Ticket prices were very reasonable in this post Covid time There's also a huge and efficient concession stand that had my sweet popcorn Go people go
