I got taken here as a birthday surprise recently and considering I had never heard of it before then, I was thoroughly surprised indeed. This place is absolutely lovely! Tucked away in the new forest, I think its actually the nicest spa I have been to. Even better than the Bath spa dare I say it. It has a lovely Thai theme to it, lots of different, showers, saunas, pools, steam rooms and relaxation rooms. I can be a bit funny about massages, but I had a back, shoulders and head massage and it was the best massage I've had too! My masseuse was friendly, professionally and the pressure was on the firmer side, which was perfect! Actually I must say everyone here was very professional. The breakfast we had here was also lovely too. So overall I was extremely impressed with this place and would thoroughly recommend it. I had an absolutely lovely birthday - it was a great present.

Stayed over the festive period and had a great time. The hotel had planned for a busy check-in and had set up mulled wine with mince pies to help with the wait, which wasn't that long. The hotel staff were all very attentive, friendly, and were there to ensure the guests enjoyed the occasion. The hotel has three restaurants and the food was good in each of them. There was a good range of wines to choose from and a wine tasting session to help with that choice. In addition, the hotel ran a treasure hunt and a cookery demo.

Relaxing, thoroughly enjoyed stay. Staff and facilities were wonderful. Only regret is that we were not there longer. We will definitely be going back!

My happy place amazing service friendly staff highly recommend, I save up all year to spend the night here it is truly a place of tranquility, definitely cannot recommend more!!

It is a very pleasant stay, and as an American visiting for the first time , there isn't a better place to stay. The New Forest, and Brokenhurst in which the hotel is placed is the perfect getaway and retreat.
