I have been traveling here for work for the better part of this year. And the Aviator Hotel always delivers exceptional service. Form check in to check out this has been a fantastic location. On site restaurants and bars have a great selection of food and drinks. The morning breakfast buffet is a 10/10 as well. Beds are comfortable and rooms are very quiet. If you're lucky to get an airport view you can watch the jets depart and land.
Absolute perfection. Everything about this hotel is perfect.nStaff are so friendly and helpful. Hotel is immaculate and very well decorated. Our room overlooking the runway was by far the cleanest and well thought-out room I have ever stayed in. Cannot praise it enough
Tried their American diner, restaurant is much smaller than we expected for such a large hotel but we had a lovely meal. Great burgers and ribs, service was excellent and the manager was really friendly. Will definitely return again.
I'd not eaten at the Brasserie for a while due to previous poor experiences.nnHowever, I don't know if they've changed chef over the last couple of years but the food now is outstanding!! Service is also excellent. The Sunday lunch is a must, and a bargain for the quality and amount of food.nnThe Skybar was always, and remains, excellent. Superb cocktails with table service and an intimate atmosphere, topped off by fantastic bar food
The hotel is stunning, perfectly designed for flight and cabin crew. Awesome lounge and delicious food. Every time we go back to Aviator Hotel and we are extremely happy to have Josh there that thanks to his excellent customer skills, experience and empathy towards us makes our check in smooth and fast, exactly what we need after long flights.nAs well Josh was always quick and very helpful when we needed transportation, personally I had to arrange catering order for passengers and him and his colleagues were the right person that saved my flights.nCongratulations for having people like Josh!
