Very nice, high end hotel with decent prices. I stayed here during the heavy snow... staff were super helpful and friendly. The atmosphere here is very nice, very appealing rooms and everything has been furnished to a high level. Feels expensive and modern! Highly recommended, good staff and brilliant food too. Location is decent, good parking... not to far from several decent places... this isn't somewhere to stay for a "city access", but it's still a good location. Loved it here and I would stay again.

The hotel itself is really nice. Neat decor and great views across the airport. Plenty of food options in the area. My only fault is the staff. Reception start with excellent service, but that's where it stops. Bar staff seemed disinterested and weren't bothered about taking your order or even making sure they delivered it. Even the restaurant staff seemed to find your presence an inconvenience.

Great service from the beginning. Bar had excellent cocktails and a good wine list at the restaurant. Food at the restaurant was okay. Rooms were clean and facilities good. TV and bathroom excellent. View onto airfield okay. Having a pool would have given it a 5 star.

We had the most spectacular champagne afternoon tea as a birthday treat. The food was exceptional, and with the extra sandwiches, and large selection of cakes and delights it took a very long time to finally get though it! The lounge has a great view of the airfield and the service was perfect, and attentive. Thank you for making it a very special day.

Modern hotel with astounding decoration and architecture, excellent rooms, (though not very big), excellent service and ammenities (in and around), but expect to spend 19 pounds for a pizza and beer. There is no shuttle to town centre but it's a 20 minutes walk. Being next to the airport fence and the (free) FAST museum, it is a paradise for airplane spotters and freaks (half the rooms have runways views, bring your binoculars!) but may be annoying to other sorts of voyagers more sensible to aircraft taking off, though all traffic are business aircraft and none is by night.
