Very, very impressed with this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious and comfortable. The facilities were very good. Hi tech gym, residents had access to the pool, sauna, steam room and hotbeds. The food was of a generous quantity any very good. The golf course (didn't get chance to play) looks fantastic. There is also a spar side to the pool area, where you can have treatments.  Will be going back for sure 😊.

Great hotel friendly professional staff, good value for extremely high surroundings and services, only issue we had was the mirror in the bathroom wasn't heated and the mirror for the wife to apply her makeup wasn't lit simple issues that can be resolved. Other than that loved our stay... shower amazing could have stayed in all day... highly recommend this hotel .

There's a lot of packages going on,  wedding, golf, spa and themed evenings. My son got married a couple of weeks ago and due to caring for an elderly relative I was unable to stay there the night prior to the wedding and requested that my room was available at midday on the day of the wedding.  Despite it being a huge hotel this could not happen! I had to get ready in a relatives room.  Advice would be to stop extending and make what is already in place better as it is a beautiful setting.

Attended a conference here. The restaurant and bars feature the most bizarre, eclectic  and kitsch decorations, coloured LED, giant pictures, transformer robots, deer antlers lamps, champagne bottled surrounded by fake diamonds. Avoid the coffee which is just instant coffee served in an expensive machine. There is a single real ale, that was good and a very modest selection of well known lagers. If staying for more than one day, for an catered event, be sure you like eating  Sunday Roast Carvery every day. If vegetarian, be prepared to see annoyed faces and get some microwaved dish. Disappointing.

Beautiful place in lovely countryside. Some amazing facilities with an ever increasing complex of buildings. There is something for everyone with a very large restaurant, sports bar, coffee shop and entertainment ballroom. The spa is beautiful and although I did not visit the gym the brochure shows a well kitted out gym and pool.
