I lost my car due to an accident a few weeks ago and I got the money for a car relatively quickly so cash ready to go.  Travelled from Darlington to Davidson's to take a car for a test drive.  It was ok and was within my price range.  The guy I spoke to was nice and helpful.  I like that they let you go for a test drive on your own too, to get a feel of the car.  I had a few other cars to see that day and said I'd be in touch.  I called back twice that week and left messages that I wanted to speak to the salesman (in an attempt to start talking deals),  No one called back.

Fab service with non pushy salesman I would recommend these to anyone looking for a hassle free car purchase. Thanks Alan for a stressless purchase.

Helpful, patient, no pressure whatsoever, keen to make sure product fits my needs. Family firm with family values- noticeably better than the big chain dealerships.

Alan was amazing, I found my car online called up and he was great from start to finish. No pushy hard sell, just someone that was confident in the products he sells.  He met my brother from the train station when he went to collect and was just a real pleasure to deal with. You want a great car, great customer service and to be confident your paying the right price. Then like us travel to Davidson's of Newcastle, more than worth it to get this best deal.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Bought a 5yr old little Panda at a very competitive dealer price with very short notice as I needed a car that day. The car needed a full clean & MOT doing but the dealer let me take the car that day then bring it back to be MOT'd & valeted at a time that suited me. Staff all very friendly & helpful, The valet took great pride in his work giving my budget Panda a full clean & polish over a couple of hours then going around the car with me to ensure everything was satisfactory, the sort of service you'd expect on a top of the range car not the cheapest they have in stock. Would buy here again and recommend it to anyone.
