We were expecting a nice hotel from the photos and description they give you online but it was a grubby hostel. Checkout time is too early as well. Location is good but that's the only redeeming feature! Definitely not worth what they charge. The staff were not customer-friendly either. Not recommended.
Was the perfect lil get away.. Nice for a relaxing afternoon if u just need a break and a nap. Thank you so much. The staff were lovely
Fast check in service with photo I'd required,room small but comfortable.
Room was cold and had a bad smell. Bathroom was tiny, there was no space to move in there at all. Bed was very uncomfortable. We chose the place due to the proximity of Victoria station but that was the only good thing about it. Definitely a hostel, not a hotel. Would not stay here again.
