I recently stayed at the Sloan Square Hotel for a business trip, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The location was convenient for my meetings, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the hotel can be a bit noisy, especially during peak hours. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to consider a room facing away from the street. Overall, I would recommend the Sloan Square Hotel for business travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Rooms: The room was clean and roomy. The bathroom light switch was in a peculiar spot—behind the TV! It was a bit odd.
Service was great, location is also awesome. I stayed here with friends in early August. We had booked two rooms --- each room was supposed to have two Twin beds and was stated in our confirmation email. Initially, we were given one Queen bed in each room. However, they were able to quickly convert one of our rooms to twin beds. I appreciated the prompt correction. Front desk staff was incredibly friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends/family visiting London.
It was not our first time staying at this hotel, but it will probably be our last. We arrived with a reservation for a superior room and were given a standard room. We asked to change it but were told there were no superior rooms available. We then requested at least a room with a shower instead of an old bathtub like the one we were given. They moved us, but the new room was very noisy because it was next to three air conditioning units. Since there were no other rooms available, we returned to the first room. The next day, we went out at 10:00 AM and returned at 3:00 PM, and the room hadn’t even been cleaned. We wanted to rest, but it was impossible due to construction noise from the floor above and noise from the staff communicating with radios in the hallway. At 6:00 PM, we went down to the lobby to wait for the room to be cleaned, but there were children running around as if it were a playground, making it impossible for us to make business calls. Very unprofessional, and nothing was done to apologize for these multiple inconveniences. The hotel is definitely not worth its price, considering a standard room costs $350 per night. The hotel is in an excellent location and could be very valuable if the customer service were improved. Rooms: Non accessibili
Had a wonderful stay at Sloane Square Hotel! The rooms were beautiful, clean, and cozy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. The hotel's location is great, with lots of cafes and shops nearby, and it offers easy access to attractions, either by public transport or within walking distance. I highly recommend and look forward to returning in the future!
A very good place to stay until I got a small, but unexpected additional charge for water that I did not have - nobody likes unexpected charges, do they? The silly thing is that I told reception on checkout about something I’d had from the in-room refreshments so that they could charge it to me; why would I omit the water? I think that a previous guest had had the water and it had been missed. Anyway, nice warm, clean room and good position. Rooms: Warm and clean and well serviced by friendly staff.
This place is shady. Checking in, the staff failed to collect the information THEY needed from us even when we asked. A day later they suspended the function of our key cards effectively locking out us out of our room and the building when it was late. Then put a hold on our credit card for an amount much higher than our reservation far beyond an incidentals hold which still wasn’t resolved by them by the time we checked out. Room with two twin beds that were pushed together within an inch. Might was well have been one bed.
We loved our stay here. Fantastic location and facing Sloane Square and a minute walk to their train station and walking distance to Sloane Street and all its luxury brand shops and great bus service that takes you to Giraldelli Swuate or Buckingham Palace. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast facing the Square was a delight each morning with the best Illy coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice! Rooms: Our room had a view of Sloane Square! Small but clean and beautiful Nearby activities: Duke of York plaza Food & drinks: Cote Brasserie and The Botanist and Colbert are all next to hotel and FABULOUS
Mohamed and Garvit were outstanding in their service. They are a credit to the business and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were a friendly and warm to us and extremely professional. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.Rooms: 5/5
Great hotel in a great location. All the amenities provided within the room including a Dyson hairdryer and neck/back massager. Received well by the hotel staff all of whom friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.Rooms: 4/5
