Decent little hotel with rooms for families and a beautiful breakfast area. Situated next to Victoria station and one of Golden Lines bis stops, the hotel makes a great starting point for a London town short break holiday.Rooms: 5/5
I have been in this hotel for 6 days and all I can say is very good. Unbeatable location, next to Victoria station train, bus and metro Very friendly and attentive, cleaning every day they cleaned my room and bathroom. There was always tea in my room, milk, sugar brown, white and sweetener water. Everything was very good, I have been very comfortable. Thank you
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The room was really nice and modern and comfortable. I will definitely stay again when I'm in London again Rooms: Very modern and comfortable with everything you would need for a short stay. Walkability: Just around the corner from train and underground services.
The way from reception to the rooms are awkward with a lot of doors on the hallways. The room was small but adequate. The bathroom is narrow that you can’t reach sink if you don’t close the door. After every shower we couldn’t solve the moisture problem. The room was clean enough but can’t say same thing about the bed sheets with the small stains. The walkway was too close to the window. But the location is perfect and price for the room is appropriate on this location Nearby activities: You can find a sports pub nearby, for the grocery we visit the ones in the train station and for the breakfast pret a manger nearby was cheaper option other than the hotel breakfast Safety: The ground floor room windows are too close to walkway, somehow I didn’t feel like in safe Walkability: It’s really close to transfer options. Especially Victoria train and coach stations
Saw another guy calling it the discomfort inn Victoria, and I totally agree with him. The beds felt like I were sleeping on a sheet of plywood, we got locked out of our room and had to tell staff tbf they fixed it quite quickly had to listen to the subway the whole night the ac seemed to be broken so it made a weird sqeaking sound followed by a gurgling noise, the breakfast was to put it nicely, underwhelming, the Wi-Fi was slow and unstable, the towels smelled disgusting and the elevator was broken. On the plus side it were really close to the subway station and the rooms were clean. FYI we were staying at room 132.

Our room was downstairs with no natural light, but we were really only in the room to shower and sleep. Clean and tidy room and bathroom. Helpful staff.Rooms: 4/5
It would be zero if I could! Rude employees, breakfast was cereal,tears for 10pound each. Had reserved a 2 double bed room. Got there to get given a one double bedRooms: 1/5
Very friendly staff on entering, easy to check in and room is a very good size with extra features including use of iron and ironing board, hairdryer and use if a safe. Plenty of charging points in the room plus USB ports as well.Fresh towels and toiletries in the bathroom was a good size and very clean. Would stay here again. Rooms: Room was a very good size and supply of fresh towels, toiletries with the added bonus of supplied iron and ironing board is a massive plus as many places do not include these. Walkability: Very close to Victoria Station and Coach Station. Bus stops are close by and lots of landmarks in walkable distance.
I regularly bring groups to London and stay at Comfort Inn Victoria. This includes both small groups as well as large ones. I have always experienced the hotel to be fantastic, starting with the pre-trip communication and throughout our stay. The hotel, which has been completely refurbished, answers all our needs and then some. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms perfect and the location first rate. I can easily recommend this place having enjoyed it several times and always had great reviews from my groups. There is no question in my mind who I contact the moment I start arranging a trip.
