The place is small, but anyways it's very cozy and I love the pink walls. Other than that, it's a quiet street. The staff from the first moment is very friendly, respectful and attentive. They even helped us carry our bags to our room. They have a hot water dispenser with which you can make a coffee or tea whenever you want for free. The breakfast is good, they don't have a delicacy but what they serve is more than enough and they also offer books to read during breakfast and tourist pamphlets. I definitely give OYO Vegas Hotel a 10/10. Thank you for having us and for such a good treatment.
It was an okay experience. The room we first got was between the main entrance and the front desk so it was almost impossible to sleep, you can hear everything, room was not as the photos in the ad crazy small but in the second and last night they managed to provide another room, a way better one. Front desk always helpful and polite. Excellent location, near to a big station and touristic spots.
I just think OYO, by design, is constructed as a scam devoid of ethics. Hear me out. The whole experience devolved the longer I stuck around to try to give them an opportunity to resolve the main issue which was bed bug droppings in the corner seams of the mattress cavities. I'm not very fussy - I've dealt with bed bugs before. Usually it's just as simple as "hey, there are bed bugs and I'd like to change rooms or get a refund." Here at OYO the experience was actually gaslighting by the front desk trying to convince me the black spots were from *cleaning* nearby the mattress. Yes, actually tried to say that some cleaning nearby the mattress left black spots in the corner seams of the mattress. Once I heard that, I mentally checked out. The front desk said they can't refund because they need a manager to do it, and this manager isn't available. It snowballed into giving me a phone number that doesn't lead anywhere and a recommendation to use the OYO chat system which is pre-programmed to give the following messages: "Are we still connected?" and "I hope this chat is still connected" before disconnecting. This I have saved with screenshots from multiple chat sessions. In essence, money acquired, and all the walls are up. It would give me the greatest pleasure to see OYO buckle under their lawsuits.
Room was uncomfortable to stay in : bed was not comfortable, room was cold all night, one radiator w as completely not working, water running out of taps was Luke warm and lots of sign of wear and tear which had not been attended to. Although breakfast was provided toast: white bread only and tea/coffeee, a croissant and miniature glass for orange juice only Walkability: Close to Victoria station and some places to eat and Sainsbury.
Booked based on location and this definitely satisfied our needs. It's a 2star hotel so not going to be luxurious, and the room is definitely not spacious by any means. The bathroom in room #1 is smaller than my closet at home - would be unusable for people with restrictions of movement or a larger size as the sink is kind of over the toilet. Shower is fairly small but hot water with good pressure. Breakfast is ok - the croissants are definitely not good but there's bread with butter & jams for toast, cereals & milk no non-dairy options, orange juice. There is a compost bin/trash can which is not very well labeled and is used as a regular trash can - bit annoying if you support the concept. Service was excellent - any issues were swiftly dealt with and they are very polite. Overall, happy with our stay
Worst hotel ever. I paid £545 for two rooms, one room for a couple and one room for a couple and a baby. The rooms had two single beds, not double beds. The room had no place for my baby to sleep. I also asked for a duvet so that my baby could sleep in the bed and I could sleep on the floor but they didn't give it to me, and I asked for it 3 times. The mattresses, pillows and toilet were dirty. They didn't think that they would give me one more duvet and why I had traveled for 6 hours to go to London.
I dont know what the other comments Expect for nearly the cheapest Hotel With own bathroom. Yeah the Rooms are small Single bed is 1,80x60. But everything is Fine. Friendly staff. Normal breakfest. Reality silent neigbourhood. You can Walk Go Buckingham Pallace and Westminster Abbey… near Viktoria Station and Sainsbury Supermarket. Will Book Again
Nice location, rooms very small, As you open the door you walk straight into a shower/ wet room to get to your bed, which I thought was strange, down the side of the toilet wasn't great, but Men on the desk were very friendly and welcoming.Rooms: 1/5
Room good size. Bathroom clean. Bed was dirty, lots of hairs left on the fitted sheet. Looked like the sheets had not been changed. Very few channels on the TV. TV remote didn't work, nor did the buttons on the TV. Breakfast was bread, jam, butter and drinks. Small breakfast room for number of rooms.
Good location. 6-8 min walk from Victoria station. 3 minute walk from Warwick Way bus stops. Friendly and helpful workers. Did not hesitate to help us. Hotel room are only meant for sleeping in. Small room with a very small TV, with not the cleanest beds. Breakfast food options were very few. However, the bathroom was a disaster. Floor flooded after every shower which surely is unhygienic.
