Beautiful food, fabulous service and fantastic staff! Very friendly, very welcoming and super helpful. It was my son in laws birthday lunch and we travelled up to London to meet them but our coach broke down and we would have missed our booking, but I called the restaurant and spoke to Luigi who was super helpful and very understanding and moved our booking to a later time so that we could still celebrate! Highly recommend!
Came for brunch on a Sunday didn’t stay in hotel. The venue is nice but service was slow felt like they were a bit short staffed. Coffee not great and came after I’d finished my food. The food itself tasted nice enough but if you order the bacon roll, you get mostly roll and spinach, weirdly. Glad I tried it, but probably won’t be back.
Hope people can see this is a genuine review and I read all of the good reviews before hand but surely these people can’t be speaking truthfully. No lift so have to carry extremely heavy luggage down several flights of stairs, not convenient at all especially after we had just landed from a flight at Heathrow. And to top it off nobody at the hotel desk half the time, even though there’s a button saying “press for service” pressed it over 4 times every few minutes and nobody would come until 10 minutes after. Rooms are average and fine to sleep in but definitely dated, very loud closing doors so don’t stay if you get woken up easily. And I’d say the cleanliness of some parts of the room and hotel are a bit questionable. I don’t usually write reviews often but I do feel that this review section needs some truth to it.
I had the pleasure of staying in the hotel for two nights, as well as dining in the restaurant. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated, they also include great amenities. The restaurant was a great experience, the staff is very friendly and the food is delicious.Rooms: 5/5
We had a family brunch here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The setting is great, cosy and contemporary, and the food absolutely delicious. Scrambled eggs particularly hit the spot - soft, buttery and very moreish !!!Staff were efficient and friendly too. I’m looking forward to returning again when I am next in the area!
Walked from Westminster to Pimlico and then Battersea at night. Only place I could find where I could sit and drink something, other than a pub. That alone makes it great the tea was also really good qualityLocation: 5/5
Fantastic from start to finish. Charlotte was a star and everything worked just so. Full of nice thoughtful touches, it felt like a much needed slice of luxury at a fantastic price point. Choice of pints was excellent too.Rooms: 5/5
Great service, food, and drinks. All the staff were very welcoming.Service: 5/5
