Room was small but very confortable. Location was perfect - about 5 mins walk to Victoria. Breakfast was included - a simple but plentiful ‘help ourself’ buffet. There were 3 flights of reasonably narrow stairs to the room so maybe not suitable for large cases or lots of luggage?Rooms: 5/5
The start of my stay here was good. The room was small but cozy the area is good and the room was comfortable. I had room 8 which has a bathroom included however is it detached from the room and located down the staircase. The bathroom is very nice and has a sign that says “Room 8 Only” however I noticed that someone else was using the restroom. At least twice. Possibly more. The bathroom was steamy from someone taking a shower. I reported it to staff immediately following finding out someone just showered and asked the bathroom be cleaned they never cleaned it. I’ll let you know if I end up coming down with athletes food or ringworm or something.
It's cheap, it's clean, it's quiet and it's handy for Victoria station. Yes, it's a bit shabby, the room and bathroom were small and the breakfast wasn't exactly inspiring, but at this price point I'm not sure what people were expecting. Would use again.Rooms: 3/5
It contained everything that I needed. The breakfast was not very tasty, but luckily the supermarket is around the corner. I slept great and the location is perfect. Walking distances from Victoria Station and full of great restaurants. Rooms: My room had everything that was needed. I had a solo room, this meant that my private bathroom was in a different room, so I had to walk 1 stair. but overall no problem. Food & drinks: I didn't enjoy the breakfast.
Don't trust them! I booked a room 12 months ago for 12th July-14th July 2024 as I was running in the London 10k on the Sunday. Today a week before 5th July 2024 after they took the full amount off my card for the stay 3rd July 2024 I get a missed call. When I return the call I get told that my reservation had been cancelled and I needed to find somewhere else to stay. Week before. London prices sky rocket. No compensation. Don't trust them!
Me and my husband have just stayed here for 2 nights, staff was very welcoming and friendly, rooms wasn't the cleanest but decent enough size. Was worried about it being at the front of the hotel but it was quiet. Would stay here again and have recommended to friends and family for a budget friendly stay. I also liked the fact you needed your room key to enter the property felt abit more secure.
I chose this hotel as it was close to some important pick up points for tours I had in London. It's a gem! It had all I needed for comfortable stay and felt well cared for. I would recommend this hotel to friends.Rooms: 4/5
Close to Westminster & Victoria Line so very good for underground. Rooms need a bit of TLC & breakfast was a bit DIY as no one around to assist. But overall a good base & in easy reach of Westminster & Buckingham palace.Rooms: 3/5
Very nice greeting from a gentleman receptionist. Room extremely small but clean. Several flights of stairs to climb to get to room, particularly with luggage, though I was offered help with that. Shower took around ten minutes to come on hot, though much quicker in the morning. Hair drier did not work. Followed the power lead down to the plug, which was switched on but hanging out of the wall. Did not wait for breakfast as needed to get away early, so can not comment on that. Good location with nice people and a low price. However, I would have to say that I would not stay there again. Safety: The hair drier issue was my main concern. Access was also seen as a potential problem, with the tight winding staircases. I would hate to think of what it would be like in an emergency.
A short 5 minutes walk to Victoria Coach Station, walkable and not a problem even tugging large luggage. Rooms were small, not much to complain about as it is typical in London but could have been better if furnished with a bit of cosiness and better maintained and functional toilets.Rooms: 2/5
