I had a fantastic stay at the Jubilee Hotel in Victoria. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. My room was spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and dining spots. Overall, the excellent service and warm atmosphere made my stay memorable. Highly recommend!
I stayed here for my business trip. The location is fantastic. Just 5 minutes walk from Victoria coach station. There is a private garden where I had my lunch. It is another nice feature of the hotel. Thanks to kind and helpful receptionist and cleaner. It was a nice stay. I am planning to stay in my next visit.Rooms: 5/5
A very pleasant experience at the Jubilee Hotel. 5 min walk from Victoria station makes it a perfectly convenient place to access all the city attractions. The staff is really friendly and helpful, always willing to help out in anything you need. Rooms are really clean and have everything for a comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood. They have lots of motivational messages encouraging people using the stairs and I see that as a very positive approach and clever way to look at somewhere that could not fit a lift as it's an historical building and therefore protected. If you're lucky you might even have a chance to play some tennis in the wonderful private gardens that guests have access too. Even Churchill lived next door!!
Not worth it - only redeeming factor is location. Rooms are extremely hot, no water other than overpriced bottles or bathroom sink tap water. They also failed to let me know that there would be planned happening IN my room while I was there until 30 minutes prior when waking me up by knocking on my door. So from 9am to 2pm there was a wall of noise and I did not feel comfortable leaving my room with all of my belongings out in the open. Would recommend looking at other accomodation.
AMAZING LOCATION... Rooms Are Tiny Though, Have Everything You Need, But Only Ideal If Plan To Just Sleep There. Literally A 2 Min Walk From Victoria Train & Coach Station. TV, Bed, Hairdryer, Tea Coff Facilities, Some Have Ensuite Bathroom, Others Are Share.. We We're Lucky To Have Own. Room Only So Ideal For Us.
The hotel exceeded my expectations. My room had a balcony, which was beautiful for having breakfast one morning because the weather was really nice for summer in London. But what I want to highlight is the service. The staff was really nice, friendly, and polite. I give five stars to Sany I’m not sure about the spelling of his name, but he was super nice to me and my friends. The location was amazing as well, many transportations options and easy to walk. Therefore, I really recommend it.
Fantastic neat little hotel. Amazingly kind manager. Spotlesslessly clean. I took a single room with shared bathroom as I was basically needing a quick shower and clean bed. Above my expectations.
Very friendly and helpful staff! The staff really went above and beyond to make sure everything was right during our stay. Also, the location of the hotel is super covenient: close to Victoria coach station, Victoria underground station, some shops and places to eat. Overall would recommend!Rooms: 5/5
It was an inconvenient stay and there are far better hotels around. The absence of lift, air conditioning, and room phone were very annoying to me during the stay. The rooms are small and have a shared bathroom. While I knew about the shared bathroom, I didn't expect it to be two floors below my room! The smell of the hotel and the noisy corridors didn't help no sound proofing whatsoever. All in all, will look for a better hotel next time.
I liked the big clock on the wall, the hairdryer. The room was freshly painted, the walls and ceiling were clean. The bed was comfortable. There was enough space in the bathroom. There were enough towels. Free shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Coffee option. The price was ok. The carpet was old and dirty. The position of one of the beds was exactly such that the wind blew on the head. If the window was not kept open, there was no fresh air. The walls are thin. Even the neighbors could be heard coughing, but luckily the neighbors were quiet. There was no elevator. Overall I liked, but probably won't be going back. Rooms: Toad on värskenduskuuri läbinud.
