After ordering 3D print filament online and paying for next day delivery, first confirming stock via telephone, I was emailed a dispatch noticed by the company the following day. Unfortunately three workings days after the expected delivery, I had to call to enquired about delivery - after a second call I was told that it had not been dispatched - and I would have to wait another two days(which wasn't guaranteed). The time delay caused me a deadline issue and put an extra week on my schedule. An email would have been nice.

I'm basing my review on my dealings with the store over email. They were extremely helpful and will be the first company I go to for my next 3D printer.
