Absolutely love the clothing and collections! Always might go to for holiday outfits and so glad of the ones I got
No staff to ask a question ANYWHERE, except the exchanges desk which has a ONE HOUR queue.nnAnd goodness knows how you get the length of a pair of suit trousers altered when you buy them — all the other stores just redirect you to this one, which seems to be entirely staffless apart from security. Bizarre.
The store is clean and tidy and there are staff who actively offer help which is nice. The clothes are good quality but the prices have increased over the years.nnThe new self-service checkouts are intelligent no scanning barcodes! but they are located by the fitting rooms which isn’t ideal.nnOverall, a nice experience and not too crowded on a Sunday at noon.
Apparently sellotaping a box is more important than serving customers at the checkout. I waited until the handsome male assistant dressed in knock-off designer gear met my eye, and then he went back to sellotaping some cardboard box. He’s lucky I was in a good mood or he’d be regretting it right now.
The security guard doesn't know how to distinguish between a thief and a customer and I finished the shopping experience on a low note. Please treat people with respect
