The store is clean and tidy and there are staff who actively offer help which is nice. The clothes are good quality but the prices have increased over the years.nnThe new self-service checkouts are intelligent no scanning barcodes! but they are located by the fitting rooms which isn’t ideal.nnOverall, a nice experience and not too crowded on a Sunday at noon.
today I was in Oxford, intolerable behavior, such a girl was polite, I went to buy clothes, but I encountered another fraud, stealing clothes, another stealing clothes, this is not reasonable, this is called theft, and so on. I also asked to speak with the manager, but there was not even a manager there, or rather, he did not want to come, the service was very bad, after I waited 20 minutes, no one came, very bad behavior, at least they should give an explanation
Was in store with a disabled friend and wanted to help them in the changing room and security guard and women working in the changing room where really rude in me trying to help her because of the one person per a room policy. I tried to explain and they got really frustrated and made my friend get dressed by herself despite her having a disability that needed a friend with her.

Similar to another reviewer - returned items in store but not all were accounted for and now I'm having to foot the cost of their staff's incompetence. Customer service online says 'please wait 48 hours' like that will solve anything! Chaotic store as well. Deserve to be shut down for how they treat customers.
