The staff were ignorant and showed little to no interest in helping customers. I requested an item and had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for it, with very slow service and no sense of urgency, and it was near 8pm in a Thursday evening with barely visitors. The attitude of the staff made the experience even worse. Basic customer service and courtesy seem to be lacking
Zara in London was a really good shopping experience. The store is stylish, modern and well presented, with a great selection of clothing and accessories. The atmosphere was nice and the store had a good variety of items to choose from. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that it was quite busy, which made browsing and finding certain items a little more difficult. Overall, though, I was very satisfied with the visit and would definitely come back.
The staff was very helpful and no counting on the dressing room, you can try as many clothes you want.
They’ve got really chic and cute stuff just wish the sizing was right with Zara sometimes and more changing rooms too
Don’t even think about daring to sit down to try to be comfortable if you’re waiting for a loved one to shop and spend money in store. Security will waste no time at making you stand in the same place instead of sitting. Good luck finding any other seats.
