I love this flagship store's commitment to repairing clothes. There's a brilliant embroidery, tailoring and repair service with seems to be a genuine attempt to fight the ecological disaster that is fast fashion. There's also a great service that if you buy trousers that don't fit there's a free tailoring service to cut them to the right length for you.
Rude security. Was told to leave the store with my partner because we had a coffee in our hands. Meanwhile, all other stores on Oxford street were perfectly fine with it. I would recommend management to reconsider these strategies against their potential customers. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant service! The staff here are top-notch, always friendly, helpful, and efficient. One of them even came back to check on if I found the exact item or not. Couldn't ask for a better shopping experience.
The store was incredible, spring collection, with some winter items on sale. Unmissable for replacing essential and excellent quality items.
