There was a time when you struggle to find a Uniqlo. Try are everywhere uptown now, which I don't mind.nnThey rotate there collections on a regular which makes it easy to pop in a check out new stuff on passing.nnThey are my go to now for Jean's and casual trousers.
Not my first Uniqlo, I've been to the ones in Japan and honestly there's no comparison. The Japan stores have a way wilder selection, and here everything costs a lot more Wouldn't really recommend buying clothes here, it's just not that cool The best part was that there are Japanese staff working there, which was a nice surprise
This Uniqlo didn't impress me as much as the ones in China - in Shanghai and Dadonghai, the selection of T‑shirts was much wider. Which isn't surprising: it's always warm there -nnHere, the assortment is tailored to the local climate: coats, jackets, trousers, and similar items take centre stage. Nevertheless, everything on display - as is typical for Uniqlo - offers good quality at an affordable price.nnThe store is housed in a historic 19th‑century building — you can see the original ceiling beams with rivets. Uniqlo occupies three floors here.nnOn the ground floor, there's a dedicated space for RE.UNIQLO Studio - a project focused on recycled materials. The area is styled to resemble a barbershop: in the 1920s, a real barbershop actually operated here. Now, Uniqlo pays homage to the past while looking to the future.nDuring my visit I didn't realize it wasn't a real barbershop, though, so I didn’t go in -nnAnother highlight is the collection of T‑shirts autographed by famous athletes sponsored by Uniqlo. The star of the show, of course, is Roger Federer - a tennis legend, sports icon, and now successful entrepreneur -nnThe store features self‑checkout counters, which seem very convenient.nnOverall, this is a solid Uniqlo store adapted to London's climate or so it seems. It is ideally located in the heart of the city, on Regent Street.nnPrices are reasonable by London standards, though notably higher than in China — Uniqlo is significantly cheaper there.
I had such a wonderful experience at this Uniqlo store! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism.nnA very special thank you to Kei, who went above and beyond to help me. He patiently walked me through downloading the Uniqlo app, never once making me feel rushed. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared that everything was working perfectly before I left. Customer service like his is rare, and he made my shopping experience truly enjoyable.nnI would also like to recognize Anisha, the manager, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and supportive. It’s easy to see that she leads by example and creates a positive atmosphere for both customers and staff.nnThanks to Kei and Anisha, this will definitely be my go-to Uniqlo store whenever I’m in London. They made me feel valued as a customer, and I left with a smile. Uniqlo is very fortunate to have such outstanding team members. Thank you both for making my day!
Uniqlo on Regent Street offers excellent value for money. The store is very large, well-organised, and spread across several floors, making shopping comfortable despite its central location. There is a wide selection of clothing for all seasons, styles, and basics, from casual wear to functional everyday pieces. Overall, it’s a great place to shop for quality essentials at reasonable prices in the heart of London.
