I had a lovely experience shopping at Uniform4Kids on Finchley Road. The store was more spacious than I expected, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I booked an appointment online beforehand, and although the store looked busy, I didn't have to wait long to be assisted. Ben was incredibly friendly and impressively quick at finding the right sizes and clothing. He was spot-on with sizing, without even needing a measuring tape. The entire experience was quicker than I anticipated, and the quality of the clothing is excellent. Highly recommend!
Great experience. I came with my mum who is disabled and the staff immediately got her a seat to make sure she was comfortable whilst my son got his uniform. We were served by Ben who was super helpful and friendly. We got everything we needed. The staff were totally charming. The manager I spoke to was also super helpful and lovely. We had a great experience. Many thanks!
Walked into a very busy shop, had to join a long queue where people with appointments were being seen before those without an appointment regardless of appt time. You are assigned a sales assistant to help with finding your items. I liked this idea as it was very efficient and saves you time looking for sizes etc. Our sales assistant was very helpful and friendly. Only given 3 stars as the cashier was not very friendly, she seemed rude and cold. No service with a smile, not even a please or thank you.
This is my second year going there, my experience is good. Nice people serving with a smile. Fast service. On te appointment. The lady, I think she's the manager, she is lovely.nI hope they keep their service great
Amazing service by the customer fitting assistant Emma, went after school on a friday and was so impressed with her patience, experience and reassurance. She completely supported us through finding what we needed for my son’s new secondary school! Thank you to the Mill Hill store!
