We visited the Temple Fortune shop today. We had an appointment and when we walked in it was very busy but we were attended straight away. All the staff were very professional and friendly. It was the first time buying school uniform for my daughter but Nora couldn’t do more to help us. She bought us everything we needed and kept track of all our items and was brilliant at choosing the right sizes. Wonderful service, all sorted! Many thanks!
We had such a nice experience. Walked into a very busy shop, after waiting a few minutes we were seen by a very kind and patient lady. Despite the shop being full of customers none of the sales people were rushed or stressed. They were so patient with our kids, who kept getting in their way. I haven’t seen a single member of the team that wasn’t anything but welcoming and working hard to give a nice experience.nOn top of it all the shop was so nicely air conditioned. It was blazing hot outside and I was dreading going in, but was very pleasantly surprised. What a lovely experience buying my daughter’s first uniform. Thank you!
Putting the prices aside as it's the governing bodies who should make sure everything is more affordable, the service of this shop is very good.nWe had a meeting scheduled for secondary school uniform. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the person chosen to assist us was a guy who used to attend the very same school , so he could answer all the questions we had about the uniform at the school and what's expected.nBen was so nice and helpful! He was kind, patient and reassuring, which made the experience fab for a child who is about to start a new school.
