This Primark is a good place to pick up reasonably priced clothing. The quality can be questionable sometimes so worth double checking what you’re buying.nnIt’s a good location in the heart of Westfield and easy to get to.nnThe only complaint is the lines are always long; unreasonably so. They should hire a couple more staff to be on the tills during peak hours. You can wait up to 15 minutes!
Primark is one of the best fashion stores in the whole of London. It is where everybody can choose what to want as their styles such as Rita Ora, Summer and Christmas, but sometimes it can get busier in the afternoon peak times.
Primark is an absolute disgrace when it comes to customer service and accountability. After double charging my credit card at the till without so much as an apology, they showed no interest in correcting their error or taking responsibility for their appalling mistake. It wasn’t just a simple error—this is blatant incompetence and complete disregard for their customers. I had to fight tooth and nail to get MY money back, and after all the stress and hassle they caused, they didn’t even offer a shred of compensation for their failure. This is unacceptable.nnWhat’s worse, they act like it’s no big deal that they effectively stole from me. There was no effort made to remedy the situation beyond the bare minimum, which speaks volumes about their greedy and careless attitude. If this is how they treat customers—charging people without consent, refusing to make amends for their own incompetence—they should be ashamed. I’ll be reporting this appalling practice to the relevant authorities and warning others. Do yourself a favor and avoid Primark unless you want to deal with an unethical, unprofessional mess.
Great for cheap clothing that you can use a few times and then replace without eating into money too much. I am a wheelchair user and used to buy normal priced clothing, only to have the wheels destroy the cuffs and the trousers pockets and for the clothing to get quickly ground in dirt and staining, often difficult to get out. A brand new outfit can look years old in a few weeks. Primark tracksuits are warm and thick and tend to be fairy robust and easier to clean. Whilst being relatively well priced. In addition. They don't have sales as they have continual discounts throughout the year, which change across different ranges during the year.
