I had the pleasure of shopping at Victoria's Secret recently and was incredibly impressed with Rosa exceptional customer service. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about the products. Rosa went above and beyond to help me find the perfect items and made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend her for her friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
Staff really can’t be bothered to do anything…physically shows that they rather be anywhere else but here. Store size is small so sizes on display are limited. But I applaud them for their creativity in coming up with so many different excuses not to check for stock. Good job in being a bad store.
What a massive disappointment. Many of the drawers were empty, the selection is tiny. The friendliest person was the girl at the checkout. Feels more like a stall in an outlet mall.nCan nowhere compare with the old shop where shopping for lingerie was an event I was really looking forward to.nMore excited to shop for groceries at Waitrose than here.nnAbsolute let down.
Selections are minimal. They didn't have my size in anything. The place is a mess. The panties are mixed, messed up, and in the wrong drawers. It took forever to get help. The girls working there could not be bothered. They only had one girl working the registered, and she decided to have an unnecessary conversation with one of the customers while the line backed up.
