I am shopping here almost every week and very happy. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Most of the time I have been served by Varvara she usually works at the till on 1st floor. She is very happy, bubbly and very helpful. 5 stars
Really poor customer service, not enough staff on the till, only one staff serving and in the disabled queue people are just queuing, it’s not being prioritised properly to the customers that’s required this service. Manager is there too busy counting money at the till and customers were just leaving the queue and walk away.
7 tills 2 members of staff working. Whilst over 40 people in the que. enforce a self check out service.
I can across for this location in Wood Green. What can I say. I’m very disappointed about staff. They don’t know how to speak with people. I’m sorry I did get his name. They should have a proper training,customer-client. We are those we provide them income. They don’t do us a favour been there. They have to do the job properly well
I went for a quick shopping trip for essentials this winter and needed some assistance. the staff named Cody was extremely thoughtful and helpful even though it was super busy. He was patient with my queries and I left very happy. love a good primark shopping!!
