I went for a quick shopping trip for essentials this winter and needed some assistance. the staff named Cody was extremely thoughtful and helpful even though it was super busy. He was patient with my queries and I left very happy. love a good primark shopping!!
I can across for this location in Wood Green. What can I say. I’m very disappointed about staff. They don’t know how to speak with people. I’m sorry I did get his name. They should have a proper training,customer-client. We are those we provide them income. They don’t do us a favour been there. They have to do the job properly well

I bought a sweatshirt today, I was in a hurry, so I only looked at my size because I was rushing to work. I brought the dress back the same day. I was only able to bring it back because I was working in the evening and they asked me what I smeared when I wasn't even wearing it. If I had brought it back the next day, it was in it I had it in my bag, I didn't do anything with it, and my coworkers still smelled what the stain was on it, as if I had done it. This has never happened to me before, but from now on, I'll check every little detail on the clothes, because in the end they'll complain about something I didn't even do. .
By far the worst primark I’ve been to. Very slow and chatty workforce. Long queues and no sense of care for customer service. None of the staff are friendly and treat you as if you’re inconveniencing them.
