The loveliest shopping experience! Staff was incredibly helpful and kind, I am traveling from the states and had my eye on a few things from the spring / summer collection, but they had already switched the store out to the new fall inventory. The sweet, bright attendant at the back of the shop hand-picked a handful of tops for me from their stock out of sight, and I couldn’t be happier. I felt so taken care of and seen. Many thanks to all of the lovely staff at this store, truly made my day!
What a lovely team of people here! Melissa helped me choose a gift for my mum while also being attentive to other customers who needed help. She created a lovely shopping atmosphere, didn’t make me feel rushed and asked insightful questions to make sure I had all the information I needed. At the till, the lovely Ella continued the excellent friendly service in this beautiful store!!
Wonderful friendly professional team at Sezane in Westbourne Grove. I needed a little bit of help making decisions as items were for a specific event. No pressure whatsoever from the team and I came out the shop with exactly what I needed and with a huge smile on my face. Sezane has now become my first place to go to. They have xxs sizes and tiny 35 sized shoes...all in all great experience for me
Today was my first time at this store. I arrived at opening time and one second I was alone and next one there were quite a few people around. But that didn’t make the staff rush at all. I found all staff I interacted with very polite and pleasant; from the gentleman at the door that greeted me to the young lady at the knitwear section that helped me; she was friendly and nice. I also asked a question to the lady at the fitting room and even though she already had a pile of clothes to deal with and more people she answered me politely and without rushing me out. Other staff asked me if I was being helped while I was waiting for an item to be retrieved.nI took out 1 star not because of the staff or the shop but with Sézane policy of having stores with only 30% of their catalogs nI know you can buy online but I just happen to like to try things so I don’t have to go to the stress of waiting for a parcel, pray to God it doesn’t get stolen which is now a daily occurrence in London at least, then if it doesn’t fit to have to return it & wait for a refund.
Online shopping experience: I have previously ordered from Sezane from Australia and loved my items and never returned. Currently in the UK on holiday, so I wanted to try a couple of wishlist items and filled my cart with four items with the idea that I would keep my favourite 1 or 2. I fully expected the returns policy to be in line with other UK stores especially for an online shop but it is appalling. The sales items archives are not returnable even though it doesn't state final sale in the description! Also although they promote free returns and free delivery, only one item per order is free to return apparently. You have to pay for any others. I am unsure how Sezane can get away with this online as it is well below par compared to other UK stores and doesn't give the customer freedom or options, as I see it. I also can't cancel the order even though it is still in preparation stage something other stores have been able to do for me, as more than an hour passed since I placed it. I live in Manchester so don't have access to a store. Sezane please you must do better! I really hope there is a resolution for this.nnUpdate: satisfactorily resolved thanks to Sezane's responsive customer service . Rating updated
