The negative reviews are so crazy. If you're going for a French brand, expects the French ethos of letting customers browse and try clothes in peace. This is not Japan or the US. Also, you can see in the pictures that it's clearly a capsule-size shop. Of course you wouldn't have all the sizes and if they do, they'd have to look for them in the back.nWhenever I needed help, I asked for it and always had pleasant and useful chats with the sales people. I actually really like the quiet and chill atmosphere and for me it's a great place to unwind after a stressful day at work.
I’ve been an online customer before but never been to the store. I was surprised by the slim selection — more like a showroom. While I was able to find one sweater to buy, the other items I was interested in did not have size large available. There were sometimes only one or two items on display per style. I had to ask *three* staff about different size availability before I finally got an answer from one, this after searching myself through stacks and being told to “turn the stack around to make it easier to see sizes” — instead of just helping me look or checking the stock room. They seemed more concerned about watching customers than helping them. Perhaps they’ve had shoplifting? Either way, it’s an off-putting, guarded vibe.nnSo as others have mentioned, the customer service could be improved and there should be more size availability. If you need a large, you may be out of luck if you can’t find one on your own.
I was so excited to visit this store yesterday after work. But I was left with such a weird feeling like I was not welcome in this store. Horrible feeling. I wasn’t greeted, or asked for assistance in sizes; rather ignored. Store wasn’t that busy; maybe a handful of people.nnAnd now that I’ve come to leave my experience here, I’ve read many people feelings exactly how I did.nIf this is what sezane’s ethos stands for ~ discrimination & unfriendly behavior towards individuals for specific reasons- continue what you’re doing. But if anyone from the management is reading this and have an ounce of shame for making customers feel this way~ do something about it, pronto!nnI came in wanting to purchase THREE ITEMS; but after feeling ignored and not wanted ; tell me why in my right mind would I give you my hard earned money. I rather flush it.nHorrible experience.
Really disappointed with Sezane. Their products are lovely but customer service lets than down massively. I received some vouchers for my birthday and travelled all the way to their London Marylebone store only to be disappointed. They had hardly any items out on display and instead this peculiar system whereby you had find an item you wanted on their website, then ask a member of staff to go down to the store room to get it for you. They didn’t have anywhere near enough staff working to be able to cope with this and it made it a very unpleasant and stressful experience trying to shop. In the end I gave up and left with nothing as I couldn’t be bothered with the faff and felt bad for the poor girl running up and down every time. Instead I made an online order, but rather disappointingly, it took quite a while to arrive and their returns service is terribly slow. I am still waiting for my return to be processed and monies returned to me. All because I couldn’t try on or buy in store. Sezane-surely there must be a better way of you managing things for your customers?!nn**edit** a week after posting this review and despite emailing them following their response I am still waiting for my refund….2 weeks after they received it back to their warehouse. I have now had to raise a formal complaint with them. My advice….avoid using Sezane at all!
Super unacceptable dealing from the customer service!nI’ve been waiting for 15 days ! No accurate update about where is the order! When it will arrive and basically NOTHING !nI spent fair amount of money and I haven’t received anything but just a message on their WhatsApp channel “ it’s coming “nI don’t think that’s how you normally deal with clients it surely won’t make me order again from your store.nHave that in mind when you try to order from there- you won’t have update for ages, you will be force to chase every day and the response won’t be satisfying at all,nDespite I mentioned that I will be gone for a month and I need to know if it’s coming or if it’s better to cancel - the support centre just replied - it will come .nSo yeah I hope that helps anyone who wants to purchase in the future and have these options in mind.nAh yeah there was not even an option of compensation for all of that hustle and chase.
