The staff were really welcoming and nice, especially Adora. She was a lifesaver. She kept suggesting dresses without making me feel like I was a bother when I went in last minute for a birthday outfit. I found the perfect fit in no time. Adora truly made my birthday outfit shopping stress-free.

Additionally, visiting House of CB can be a delightful day trip, allowing you to explore and admire the beautiful array of clothing options available.
Went in looking for a birthday dress and found the most adorable, gorgeous gown. Store clerk said she would order it online for us and I thought all was done and dandy. Same night I receive an email informing me the dress is out of stock, BUMMER! So I try checking the online store and my second option was also out of stock. Out of options, I frantically try calling the store as I need the dress by a certain date only for nobody at all to pick up. Really poor way of handling customers and very poor communication, which is such a shame given the high quality of the clothing.
I visited the store the other time and the shop assistant Suki who assisted me helped me to find the perfect dress for my anniversary. She was lovely and super patient and offered to bring different sizes and other styles while I was trying in the fitting room. The store was busy, however I still received good service.
Lovely dresses but I cannot believe how disrespectful the staff are. I started with asking about a dress I liked online, the lady answered and pointed randomly with a cold face. It was on a weekday and the store was not that busy at all by that time I arrived. They also talked behind my back later while I was still in the fitting room calling me rude because I politely suggested I can try on the dresses myself first and see how it goes, and they also said other things I do not wish to mention again, unbelievable.nIt was my first time trying on the dresses of the brand so I saw no huge difference between their dresses and the others at firstwell it turned out the dresses were very difficult to put on and I do usually have a preference to help myself instead in most cases for a bit more privacy. It is also necessary sometimes that we are able to put on the dresses independently for quality and practical reasons, as we cannot rely on our boyfriend/friend/family to be there to help us with our dress every time before we go out. But saying so many rude things behind your back, seriously? The staff need to learn how to respect others.
