The temperature was exceptionally low, prompting me to seek refuge in Primark to find a jumper. Regrettably, I did not come across anything that appealed to me. However, I was delighted to find some trainer socks priced at £2.50, which I deemed a fantastic deal. While I typically do not shop at Primark due to concerns about the durability of their clothing, I do enjoy browsing. Today, discovering the socks has encouraged me to consider shopping there more frequently.
Rude, racist and exceptionally poor customer service from Sheldon and Kyra C. The hiring process at Primark needs a thorough review if people like those two are getting hired. Try to avoid being served by them IF they still work there. I had a very horrible experience. Maria, on the other hand, a member of management was absolutely fantastic and helped resolve my issue.
Great shop but absolutely gutted that they no longer sell plain white t-shirts, the only reason I went. Why not sell plain white y-shirts?? They sell plain black, and any other colour under the sun, but it’s because of this blazing sun that I just want plain white. Apart from that and the wasted trip this store is always stocked heavily and the bargains speak for themselves. Just get some plain white tees please
Absolute madness of bargain fashion shopping. Totally filled with massive selection on 3 floors. With Primark you can never go wrong and always you'll find something suitable for you or someone close to you. Next thing, this brach is not so packed with people like other branches around west end.
I have been served by staff member Kanika a few times now and she is always exceptionally friendly, efficient and helpful! She helped me with a couple returns, and than another time a top I was trying to buy that didnt have a price tag and she made the process very easy! Really appreciate her service
