Shopped here a few times recently and found it to be one of the better Primark stores in London. Far too often, the menswear and kidswear are put on the same floor, which I personally find rather irritating, but thankfully that's not the case here. It also doesn't seem to get too busy, as other reviewers have mentioned, which I really like.nnThe selection of clothes is decent and I was able to pick up a few items I'd seen in another store that didn't have my size. I even found a new suitcase to replace my old broken one.nnOn my first visit, there was an incident of some guy harassing a woman, but rather impressively, the security staff were quick to step in and calmly remove him from the store with only minor disruption to other customers.
Absolute madness of bargain fashion shopping. Totally filled with massive selection on 3 floors. With Primark you can never go wrong and always you'll find something suitable for you or someone close to you. Next thing, this brach is not so packed with people like other branches around west end.
Great shop but absolutely gutted that they no longer sell plain white t-shirts, the only reason I went. Why not sell plain white y-shirts?? They sell plain black, and any other colour under the sun, but it’s because of this blazing sun that I just want plain white. Apart from that and the wasted trip this store is always stocked heavily and the bargains speak for themselves. Just get some plain white tees please
Had to take away my 5 star review. Was refused service today by two workers at the downstairs till, one young black woman with blonde and black braids and one short older Indian woman. When I went to the black girl's till, she randomly started folding clothes and wouldn't serve me. I moved to the Indian lady at the next till and she walked away from me and refused to serve. Only a tall young black man with short braids served me, and he was very polite. When I looked back, those two other ladies who refused me, were serving two white customers happily and avoiding eye contact with me. This isn't right. Prejudice from two women of colour. I am a frequent customer and every worker has been lovely to me, bar those two. Management, have a word. There will be proof on the cctv. There's literally no excuse.
