MARCELLA, THE MANAGER HAS MADE THIS THE WORST PRIMARK I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. the WORST attitude I have ever come across, completely dismissive to my issues and left me mid conversation leaving me to talk to another colleague. I would suggest never coming to this specific primark due to the POOR, RUDE and HORRIBLE management. Will 100% be taking this up with HR. I wish I could give this no stars
They have made it all self service, and only had one till with a cashier. There is hardly any human contact as it is in our society, and taking away cashiers is stupid. Some people, especially elderly or others might actually want to talk to another person while being served. Did the management even ask people what they might want, not everyone wants to use self service or might have learning issues about using it. Its intrusive too with the cameras.
Very bad management on all level even qualified to be a manager. I Start off by saying i went to your primark store in onesworth it was going to be a simple process of getting my money back on something that I had purchas from another store especially as the item I had purcha ear maths for my daughter was forty chep manufacturing i bought some ear must for my daughter when she put them over her head, the plastic bit had snapped and something like that should not snap befor even wearing it. it shows its chep manufacturing the guy serving me on the till had to get it authorized by the so called manage the manager did not even look at it properly i said sorry I can't refund your they had said at that point where why not?Because i've got a receipt, it shows it was bought in primark i said it's also damaged he said, but it was not damaged when it left a store.What kind of an attitude is that to have with a customer trying to basically accuse the customer of damaging it deliberately it comes under gaslighting i said the fat of the matter is an item doesn't have to be damaged when it leaves the store if you put something on over your head and it snapped just like that is a damaged item hello was refusing to give me back my money because they don't want to lose money is what it's all about attagrad great also had another item that I purchased from the kinston store for my young baby right size once again cheap man or factory by serving meat on the till said, should I get my manager?I said no, thank you because I don't want to deal with him again i bought a jumper from my baby.All ripped around the neck once again before she even wore it, just tried it on.And that happened told by the guys serving on the till what branch did you buy i said kinston he tried to say that was the wrong receipt i said I don't think so as only purchased this jumper yesterday in the kingston branch.Look, if you read what it says it says kingston clearly cannot read staff working in their store that are an educated can't read properly zero training no common knowledge i will be phoning customer service and putting it in a full complaint as it says up online even if a item is not damaged when it leaves the store, the fact that someone has put it on.And it's become damage is a manual factory issue and a customer is within their rights to get an exchange or a full refund as that comes under the act of 2015 in fact, that manager has refused, he's gone against that law it's a mark against the store told to take back the jumper to the kingston store.I shouldn't have to take back an item to the store.I bought it from.I should be able to take it back to any store as I am a customer and a customer is always right i'll be taking my customer service elsewhere, not to that rubbish store in wandsworth i have never felt so down by a unprofessional management guarantee if I was from the same country as him or come off the boat, he would have given me a full refun how he was racist just by his attitud and that in itself gives the store a bad name i would be taking further action even if I have to put you on watchdog, I ll do it of what you are doing to your customers that would put your store in a very bad spotlight

I like Primark because I could find affordable clothes for my 10 years old son. He is growing so fast that I have to buy new clothes every 4/6 months! There are a lot of nice t-shirts, long sleeve shirts with cartoon and movie characters, underwear and shoes. Staff is always nice.
