Ordered a delivery. Was told it would be 30 minutes. 75 minutes later and still no food. When it turned up, our drinks order was wrong but felt sorry for the delivery driver who is clearly overworked and took the drinks as they were. Closed door and opened food and I could have most probably warmed it up in my fridge. Absolutely stone cold. Rang up and was met with a stinking attitude and was told my kebab was cold because of the mint and garlic sauce we wanted? Totally ridiculous thing to say! Anyhow, after offering to take it back to them and pick up my money they did send some lump back who collected the untouched food and gave me my money back on my door step! Never again - Manhattan grill or erhans in ystrad mynach. Much much better

Ordered for my kids tonight. Freezing cold food with hair in it. Called the shop- spoke to the boss who proceeded to tell me it couldnt possibly be cold, and that he wouldnt do anything about it.. he then hung up. I phoned back and spoke to staff, who then also got a earfull from the boss! Extremely poor attitude and customer service! Vile place. (Giving 1 star as there is not a zero star option)

Best service, the workers are polite and friendly. The food is amazing and always on time. I've never had problems with Yummies or the workers, would recommend.
