Competitively priced as long as the online discount applies - not really a discount as the prices are inflated without it compared to other Indiain takeaways locally. Standard choice of food with the same dubious quality as most takeaways. Continuously misses items from orders, either delivery or collection. Replacing an item when you discover it is usually pointless when the rest of the food would be cold. 
A mysterious service charge has now be added to every online order even when paying cash which is apparently an administrative charge. No mention of it in the terms and conditions and just stinks of dishonesty. Not recommended but there aren't many others to choose from.

Popped in randomly on a Wednesday night. No alcohol  served here but think you can bring your own. But that doesn't  matter. 

The food is why we are here and it was absolutely delicious. We had the set menu,  We each got a starter and main. No desserts but the food is so filling  anyway it's not missed.  

From the Onion bhaji starter 4x bhajis and poppadoms  and chutney tray were perfect on their own.

 Then the main, a generous portion of Lamb madras with peshwari naan and rice. It was spot on. Satisfyingly Hot enough but not blow your head of. It was tasty and plenty of Lamb.  Clean restaurant and excellent  customer  service.

We ordered an Indian from the raj of India well let's start with the truth about this Indian well the Indian arrived costing £28 which isn't cheap to start with we ordered 2 chicken tikka starters which were as dry and tasted and smelled old which we didn't eat then we started on our mains which were 2 chicken tikka masalas well that was interesting the chicken again was so dry it was uneatable and the sauce tasted of washing up liquid and the nan bread tasted of washing up liquid 2 and to top it all of my wife spotted what looked like a couple of mouse droppings in her rice so I called up the manager well that was a waste of time as he didn't actually care as I stated I wanted a refund as we didn't eat the meal so warning to everyone the raj is not worth the money there is better Indian takeaways out there

By far the best Indian restaurant in Caerphilly I never go anywhere else. The Raj Murgh Massalla is spot on please order here if you are in Caerphilly they even give you 20% off online!
