Great hotel, reasonable price and very good service.nnStayed here for 4 days with a baby when visiting Wales. Was a bit hesitant at first but no other options available.nnFirstly, car park right outside with CCTV. Always found a space.nnRooms are basic but clean and have what you need. Hairdryer, soap, shower gel. Iron and ironing board available on request. WiFi is good enough to browse.nnBaby cot provided in request. I would suggest getting an extra single duvet to pad the bottom of this.nnHotel itself is well located. Can get a bit noisy at weekends but nothing too bad.nnBreakfast is basic but again has everything you need. Good vegan/veggie options.nnThe staff are all lovely and so helpful. Cannot fault the service at all.nnOverall, would happily stay there again if visiting.
The service was excellent... friendly, knowledgeable staff, who, I noticed, went out of their way for others. Restaurant on site was small, but we had the best breakfast we've ever had at any PI, and we are regular customers. Quiet location, didn't hear any traffic from our room
The evening staff on arrive were lovely and friendly. The stay as a whole was lovely however we were disturbed twice by housekeeping on the day of departure well before 12pm which is the check out time. We were asleep when they first opened the door without knocking and the second time about an hour later we were getting organised to get up and dressed. Rather disappointing and rude basically
Stayed 1 night when visiting family. Plenty of parking with security camera coverage. Room was comfy and well presented, especially the mattress. Toby Carvery next door and a nice pub 10 mins walk away near Asda.
Great location right on the roundabout, quiet rooms had a fan in mine which was a nice touch although I didn't use it.nnRoom had TV, tea and coffee making tray, full ensuite with towels and soap dispensors.
