the last 3 times i have gone her they have messed up my order, never got food ready, KFC must get benefits for the staff. There's a manager called Kelly who is the worse! no one wears hair nets and the staff think its beneath them to serve customers. the chips are never warm always cold. buns always stale, even had under cooked chicken and was i complained the woman says that's how it should be!! no it shouldn't be raw pink. the reply "well want do you want me to do about it" was the icing on the cake. i love me some fried chicken but this branch is a joke. for the love of god would the area manager please get a grip of this branch.

I come here once a week but Im losing the will. They often make you wait at the drive through and are more often out of stock than in. Last week they didn’t have wraps, this week they don’t have anything large only regular. No chicken is the least of my worries. I’m parked up awaiting them to cook the food as 3 30 is their ‘quiet time’ so they cook to order! I’m going to be late for my meeting. Thanks KFC....

Paid £18.99 for a meal for 4. Not allowed to have 4 different sides though. If one of you want beans then someone else has to have them too. Flawed system. Poor service not allowing customers to switch a beans for a corn. Then after ordering and paying for the meal get told they don't have the drink which has already been paid for. Corn came with minutes remaining on the use by and were repulsive. Logged with customer service and they never even replied. Terrible overall

Absolutely shocking.. service was really bad.. took my order then ten minutes later tell me my chicken is another 20 minutes wait. Limited menu with chicken on the bone only. So I bought a 10 piece bargain bucket got home to find 8 pieces on all drumstick.. peeved off ain't the word...

Haven't been for a long time as was discussing. But have to say went there as daughter recommend and delish today, let's hope this stays the same Well impressed
