Just before Christmas i went there with my nephew through the drive through and the university students mucked the tills up and caused them to crash. They ripped us off we didn't get our Stranger Things meals just two alternate meals that was horrible and that's after waiting 30 minutes for the tills to reboot This KFC is the worst, not very often we come here and higher prices and terrible service. This KFC is the upside-down of KFCs and will never return. Money doesn't grow on tree's, i could not afford to loose £22. Plus the fact the girl on the mic kept trying to add on a big wrap half a dozen times. These students dont care because they know it's not going to be their main job and they are going off to better things so customer service is out the window. This one we will definitely forget £22 they had for a pile of crap.
Worse KFC I have ever been too.nThey got the meals wrong but it was a chicken piece instead of 2 hot wings so didn’t bother going back. The Zinger burger box meal over £10 was terrible, thinnest piece of chicken I have ever seen and very tough. I took this back and second one was a little better. Sat back in the car and my daughter’s lemonade was like some kind of sparkling water and both drinks warm with no ice.nI will never go here again and would strongly advise anyone save your money. Spent over £20 and terrible.
Reinforced why we never go to KFC. We were one of only two customers in the store, two people serving and they still got the order wrong twice. Massively disorganised and staff looked like they would rather be anywhere else than there. Spent over £40 and got home to find the other was still wrong and we were given an item cheaper than the one we actually ordered. No surprise they're always empty.
We ordered food for the team at work. Ordered this in advance in the day and was ready bang on when they said it would be. Food was great, hot and as you expect it. Staff were friendly and carried it out to the car.
