Customer service skills are something to behold. Put items on our order that we didnt ask for that they didn't correct. Take your money else where, I would not touch it with a barge pole. Avoid at all costs!

Took 15 minutes for them to make a burger and fries when theres were maybe only 2 people in front of me. Also, genuinely only got 13 fries which looked pathetic.

The cookers at the back were just standing around doing nothing , staff serving at front had no idea what to do waiting 30 mins for a meal another person was ther for an hour! The place was filthy, toilets out of order and Would not recommend going there, very slow and lazy staff either need new staff or to be shut down! Never going there again!

3 times I have tried this burger king and 3 times I have been given cold food. Chips are always hot. And when u tell the staff it's cold they just bring you a new cold burger. We will not be eating g here again. I would rather go to Morriston café Thus place really needs a good clean

Visited here with my young family. On entering we found the tables were not cleaned, floor was dirty, food and it's packaging was on the majority of the tables whilst staff joked around. There seemed like a total lack of leadership and management. Trying to order our food was hard enough with a girl on the til who was basically inept when it came to customer service. I would not recommend,
