You always get a good standard of cleanliness and comfy beds but the colleagues here make it. Everyone I met was so helpful genuine and friendly. Perfect location for easy access to the motorway and the business I was visiting. Breakfast was really good and the team were lovely Catherine was a credit to the brand she was always so welcoming
Fabulous stay in a well positioned Premier Inn.nnWe called in advance to request adjoining rooms and these were allocated quickly and efficiently.nCheck in was smooth, the rooms were absolutely spot on clean and well equipped, and the breakfast in the next door brewers fayre was delicious and plentiful!nIt was an absolute treat to stay here, would definitely recommend.
Used this joyel to book in friends and family attending our wedding. Rooms were warm and clean. Plentiful hot water. Staff were able to accommodate some last-minute changes for us in a friendly and helpful manner. I did attempt to block book 18 rooms through the booking service, but i didn't get across the board price for a large booking like this. I ended up saving myself over £1000 by booking rooms in blocks myself. So I think this service needs revisiting and revising. A discount of any amount based on this example for block booking would still have meant the hotel was in profit but also taking some of the work from me.
Another excellent stay at Premier Inn! No issues at all, plus the staff at the connected Brewers Fayre were all highly professional. Special mention to Cath and Lee the Chef for making our stay memorable.
Omg the nicest staff in the world. Janet was so friendly and so helpful. And no problem was to big or to small. Let us check in early so all the kids could make to dance practice. Help us all get taxi ring every number she could think of and get.nThe rooms where so clean and well equipped and so much room.nI left my sunglasses in the room on check out and was back in Ireland when Janet help me get them back to me. Amazing staff at Caerphilly crossways hotel. Will defo be back.
