Toyota Wirral were fantastic because they looked after me exceptionally well during the servicing and repairing my Toyota Urban Cruiser,  dashboard was flashing like a Christmas tree with error codes.. I particularly like the new service management; if you maintain servicing at Toyota, real peace of mind there will be waiting for you.  Service manager Richard was always friendly, patient, professional and knowledgeable and was just a pleasure to deal with.  Highly recommend, very welcoming place. Staff where very helpful. Very knowledgeable and overall very nice. The staff in showroom and maintenance/repairs are extremely friendly, helpful and professional as well. You get first class treatment from everyone with complimentary nice warm drinks.  Thanks again all for your great support during my misery regarding my Toyota  and willing to see you soon.

I have used this company in the purchase of my last two cars and my daughters car too. I also use it for my services and MOT's whenever I can and have absolutely no complaints at all. I was happy with the service at Johnsons Toyota Wirral because the salesman Graham Davies went out of his way to help to help me as have all the other staff who have dealt with me over many years of dealing with Johnsons. This was the 4th car that I have bought from them and have always been happy with the service they have given to me.

We bought a 2015 Fiat 500 from Gary Andrews at Toyota Wirral.  We were extremely satisfied with his approach and his friendly customer service. Gary made sure that any scratches or flaws with the car were sorted prior to collection, along with a 12 month Toyota warranty, a 12 month RAC Breakdown cover and a 12 month MOT.  The car is now in pristine condition and we are very thankful to Gary for his hard work on the car.  I would certainly recommend Johnsons Toyota Wirral, and will be sure to come back when we are next looking to purchase a car. My experience at Johnsons Toyota Wirral was memorable because the salesman Rez was extremely courteous and knowledgeable throughout the process. The choice of cars was excellent, and Rez explained everything regarding finance options brilliantly.

Johnsons Toyota Wirral were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the staff were extremely helpful, listened to what I wanted from my car, took me on 2 test drives, weren't pushy and really couldn't have done anything better. I will certainly use them again when its time for another upgrade.

We have just purchased our second car through Toyota Wirral. Excellent service from start to finish. Realistic timeframes fed back to us. Nothing was too much trouble. We went back to our original car salesman ‘Rez’ as he was fantastic the first time we purchased a car here, and yet again insisted on having Rez help us find the perfect car the second time. He found our ideal car from another Toyota garage and had it transported to this one so quickly.  Faultless service and professionalism. Thank you!
