Excellent service all round. Polite staff, quick service. They allow you time to look over the car yourself and there is no pressure.nAfter care is good as they will send you a thank you message and ensure you are happy with the car and have any extras that you may need, such as spare tyre and car manual.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Group 1 Toyota Wallasey recently when my vehicle needed to have a software update. Excellent communication and a useful health check report was also provided.

All staff extremely polite and friendly, Graham was great at explaining everything to me. The building itself is immaculate and welcoming.

Everyone was fantastic, service was another level this is how main dealers should be.nHopefully myself and my family will be purchasing 2 or 3 more cars,the whole experience makes you feel special.nTake note other so called main agents FRF Toyota!
