Not happy bought Toyota verso spend 12k on finance everything's fine till I took the car home

Told them before I bought it
Took it for MOT 
MOT station won't except it
Cos vehicle had TINTED glass apparently there is new law came in January 2018
Phone Toyota Johnson 
They said they can't take any responsibility  even those I told them BEFORE I bought its for TAXI
The guy on the phone  offering me other place where I can remove the glass it's going to cost me £800 extra from MY POCKET 
Even thoe I just spend £12k
the salesman Brian who really was pleasant

I had appointments at 9:00 am at morning and I come 8:55 the tolled u have to wait for half and hour I said ok no problem now it’s 12:07 pm stile have no news as I was not sleep all night was in work from 3:00pm yesterday tile 4:00 am today and I did not sleep ofter 4:00 as for appointment  but stile waiting don’t know what’s going on 

Just asking what is appointment for?

Great service and aftercare from own personal experience. Bought a 16 plate Auris in July 2016. Can recommend this dealership in every aspect. Friendly "front of house" receptionist friendly and welcoming. She offered a choice of hot or cold drinks. Comfortable seating area with tables and wifi. Sockets to charge smartphones, tablets etc while you thrash out desks. For sales, you can't go wrong Tyler, got a cracking deal. Buy with confidence.

I had two good test drives, one was the Prius and the other the Auris...Both were Hybrids. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful with the test drives but the manager was terrible. He was hiding behind the salesperson passing back and forth the offers and messages. The final message was  I was wasting his time. HE WAS WASTING MY TIME!!! I would not recommend anyone to buy a new car. Pros, good test drives , salesperson and free coffee Cons, bad price and manager.
