A car I had recently bought needed a software update. I am giving two stars as the service team were very helpful and professional, however another member of staff was somewhat abrupt and rude. I don’t know if I was reading into it too much but I got the impression I was treated differently as I was younger as I saw the same member of the staff treating older customers with a friendlier demeanour. I’m mid 30s so not that young but I am younger than the average Lexus driver and I know that the brand is trying to appeal to younger buyers. Maybe you shouldn’t make them feel uncomfortable as there are several Lexus dealers that I can take my car to for sevicing etc in my case.
Great experience, very knowledgeable and helpful team, vehicle was ready on day and time I wanted and bonus was a full tank of fuel, nothing was too much effort for the dealership and Ryan was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely use this dealer again and recommend to anyone else.

Just wanted to say we picked up our brand new RX today. The communication, help and advice from day 1 to delivery was absolutely spot on! Angela is a credit to the company, she was nothing but helpful and informative throughout the whole process and at no point did we need to contact her for updates, she's was on it the whole way through. Then collection day came and the handover was incredible, the level of detail and time Angela spent with us explaining everything about the car was first class. Sending us on our way with the reassurance to just call her if we have any further questions or help, we couldn't ask for anymore. Fantastic service and excellent dealership, this is not just another car dealership and sales executive, Angela and the team are head and shoulders above the rest! Thanks again, you will be highly recommended!

Lexus Liverpool were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the customer care was excellent. I was greeted by a young woman on reception who introduced me to Angela. The whole experience was really fantastic. No pressure. Angela answered every question I asked - some questions were more detailed but it help me determine the right vehicle for my purchase. She followed up her contact with me to offer help. In no way was this pressurized but she was absolutely fantastic with her knowledge of the car, the experiences of her own from the same vehicle. It made everything crystal clear and happy with the purchase. Thank you.
Lexus Liverpool were helpful because they could not do enough for me. Every member of the team introduced themselves. The manager picked me up to collect my car. After sales service has been brilliant today too. Nothing is too much trouble. So much better than the Mercedes service I had buying a new car. Will definitely recommend to friends, and will buy my next car there without a shadow of a doubt. 5 star service from start to finish, from the receptionist Jo, to all the sales team especially Leigh and Ryan. One word will describe..phenomenal.
I initially gave Lexus Liverpool a poor review giving them only 1 star. I am now in a happy position to re-write my review,Lexus contacted me immediately on reading my review and wanted to put things right, I was contacted by their general manager, Mr Hine who asked for all the details of my complaint which I forwarded to him, he organised for them to pick my car up to put right my complaints,they had my car for about a week to put things right, then returned it to me today for me to check over. I have checked all the work they said they would do and can happily say that they have done an excellent job in rectifying my complaints, they have also carried out the next service and Hybrid service as well as all the other work. So I am now happy to give them a five star and can say that as far as I am concerned their service for me is back to its excellent best. Thank you Mr Hine and Lexus Liverpool for your most professional service and once again I can highly recommend them.
