The receptionists are great and endeavour to arrange appointments asap if you have an emergency. The dentist is good but I feel rushes and therefore, last year, i attended 9 times before tooth was extracted. I had also complained of pain at other side of mouth. Nothing showed on x-ray or on examination at that time. Having endured pain for six months I attended my check up and explained I still had the pain. So much so I couldn't eat at that side of mouth. After another examination it was discovered one tooth had moved and my bite was out of alignment. A tooth at top and one at bottom were filed down. Whilst doing this the equipment slipped and banged on a different tooth. This procedure worked and I was at last pain free. However 2 days later part of the banged tooth and filling fell out. I had a temporary filling. At last appointment this was removed and a pin placed in cavity. Unfortunately, it is my understanding, there wasn't enough tooth left for an amalgam filling. I suggested tooth be taken out. But cement was used instead. I have been in pain ever since. I'm waiting to get an emergency appointment to try and sort this out. I was recommended to call 111 over the weekend if it got too bad.
I would have given 5 stars but I arrived 10 minutes early for my 1.30pm appointment to find the door locked for staff to have their lunch. Had I known I would have waited in the car but it was too far to walk back to it. Fortunately, it wasn't raining, snowing or too cold but, as I suffer from fibromyalgia, I would have suffered a lot of pain waiting outside that long. I appreciate staff are entitled to a break but it would be helpful if it were possible to wait inside. It is easier to manage arrival times when visits are made by car but it's quite difficult when using public transport. My suggestion would be for the area immediately in front of the reception area to have a sign asking patients to take a seat in the outer area until the surgery opened..
Very good service. Was very pleased to have my filling replaced straight away. All the staff are very friendly and efficient in their jobs. The make you feel at ease all the time. Thank you to everyone involved
Friendly and efficient. Not sure about change in waiting area since I was last there but I suppose it has allowed for surgery expansion. Always helpful practice.

Greeting at reception was very friendly. My appointment was on time and both ladies carrying out the treatment were very good at there work and very friendly. A real good experience was had.
First appt today, never been to a dentist for approx 15 yrs dreaded it, but they made me feel so relaxed, lovely experience, got to go back for some treatment in a few weeks but all well and good, brilliant service
I have been seeing Claire Towers for past year or so & I am a very nervous patient aswell as living with long term anxiety so she has her hands full with me !! She is amazing, so patient & explaines everything step by step , I highly recommend her & imo is an asset to the practice.. Thank you Claire

Really impressed my child was really made to feel at ease and the appointment was made fun even though it's a filling. Best dentist ever she said.
