Just had some dental surgery work done ahead of fitting a dental implant and could not fault the service from both Nigel and Ellie. Everything was explained clearly, the surgery included 22 stitches and bone grafts but the procedure itself and aftercare was 2nd to none. I have been for the stitches removed today and all is healing very well. Sending a huge thank you to Nigel and Ellie for the 1st class care I received and would highly recommend. thank you!
disgusting that this dentist has decided to go private, reducing the patients it sees from 5000 to 1800, leaving many patients who can't afford private treatment no help or plan to get moved to another NHS practice. only a letter saying we can start a payment plan, and just leaving us all to scramble around looking for another practive when virtually no NHS dentistis are taking on new patients. obviously none of my family who have been at this practice for at least 20 years, will be using it anymore.
Excellent implant work carried out by Nigel. He took great care to explain the process step by step and paid attention to detail throughout. I would thoroughly recommend his work.
Poor time efficiency. I arrived with my children 10 minutes early for their appointments and we were left waiting for over 30 minutes beyond the appointment time without an explanation or apology. I felt that our time wasn't valued.
Cannot rate and thank Nigel, Ellie and the other staff high enough. Nigel's standard of care, explanations and reassurance is exceptional.
Really happy with the results from my recent treatment. I felt in safe hands throughout and walked out with a beaming smile. Friendly, professional team and top service.
Saw Caroline hygienist, very caring and professional. Regular visits to see her have improved the health of my teeth and gums. Would highly recommend.
I have a horrific dental phobia and used to be a patient at this practice but due to my phobia and the fact I don't attend as often as I should they removed me from their list which is understandable. I had been suffering with bad toothache and phoned up to see if they could fit me in for an emergency appointment. They got me an appointment booked for the same day. I was so nervous and frightened about going, to the point I was feeling physically sick but knew I had to go and get my toothache sorted. The dentist I seen was absolutely lovely and very patient and understanding of my phobia. She really put me at ease and alleviated some of my fears about the dentist. She talked me through everything and told me if I needed a break at any point just to put my hand up. I only wish I could see this dentist all the time as she was absolutely lovely and really did put me at ease. Unfortunately the practice is not currently taking new NHS patients on so I will have to go elsewhere but I have been phoning around dentists today to find one and I am eager to get booked in at another dentist asap to get the rest of my teeth looked at. I can only hope whichever dentist I see next is as nice as this one was!
Very impressed with this dental surgery, clean environment, lovely friendly and caring receptionist Tia and knowledgeable and pleasant dentist Chris. They made me feel very at ease ,Chris explained everything to me very well and patiently. I can't thank them enough as have had a bad experience in the past which made me nervous to go to a dentist..but now feel confident that the best will be done for my teeth to preserve them.
I had a great experience with replacing one of my teeth with an implant. Nigel and Elisha were wonderful and made me feel welcome and well cared for. Nigel is an excellect dentist, I can't recommend him enough. I couldn't be happier, my teeth look the best they've ever looked and I actually keep forgetting I have an implant and it's only been a few weeks. I no longer feel self conscious when I smile.
