This is an excellent dental practise.  I was referred by my dentist for a complicated root canal filling.  I was very worried and anxious but on my first visit Andrew put me at my ease and his relaxed,  professional manner made me feel more confident. I attended 2,  one hour sessions to complete the root canal work and although I am very nervous about dental work,  I felt in good hands as Andrew worked his magic on my tooth. Andrew is a dentist that you can really have confidence in. His treatment plans are always to keep your own teeth where possible. All treatment that I have ever had from him has been pain free and up to a very high standard. He keeps up to date. Also, you are treated as a valued patient/client and there is never a feeling of being rushed. The hygienist is also very good. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dental practice.
Let’s be honest. No one likes going to the dentist and I certainly didn’t to have my first root canal treatment. Andrew is first class. Reassuring and a master in his field. The clinic is modern and spotlessly clean. Andrew is very focussed on his clients needs. If you have any doubts pop in and have a chat.
I was referred to Kingston Park by my dentist for root canal treatment, but when it seemed unlikely that it would be successful I opted for an implant instead. I was never put under any pressure to choose a more expensive course of treatment and at every stage of the process everything was explained to me in a way that was clear and easy to understand. The procedure itself had several stages to it and each stage was carried out skilfully, professionally and was completely pain free. Whilst nobody likes having dental work done, I would certainly recommend Kingston Park to anyone who is considering doing so - I will certainly use them again should the need arise.
Always happy with the treatment received. My wife is Japanese and was worried coming to a UK dentist but she was shocked, no pain received at all and done so efficiently. Special mention to Xander who’s always done the best job possible. My wife went back to Japan to get her teeth checked and the dentist said it’s one of the best root canals he’s seen. Love the service!
As a very nervous patient I was not looking forward to my 2 part root canal treatment but Andrew made part 1 such a calm and stressless experience that I was able to approach part 2 with no qualms. And as a bonus he was able to reconstruct the tooth such that I will hopefully not need the expected crown. Excellent standard of care in all aspects, and very much recommended.
THE BEST dental care I have ever experienced! I travelled all the way from Cambridge to see Dr Andrew Gemmel as in Cambridge I haven’t found a place where they charge fair prices. There were very professional and the staff are really friendly and they took care of my teeth problems without any pain. I don't usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share how happy I am with my experience here. The dentist explained everything in so much detail and he made me feel very safe and relaxed. I was very well looked after. Plus their facilities are super modern and has plenty of parking available. I Would highly recommend it to everyone! :
A very professional service, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The dentist carried out a thorough examination and outlined possible treatment options in clear and simple terms. During my treatment the dentist clearly explained what he was doing at every stage. The work was carried out as agreed and I cannot fault the level of service and skill provided. A five star service!
My wife had her first root canal filling here over the course of two one hour treatments. She was referred by her private dentist as they felt it was too complex for them to deal with. She was naturally very nervous and apprehensive but Dr gemmel couldn't have done more to put her at ease. He was relaxed and chatty and and made her feel like the complex procedure was just another day in he office. She felt no pain or discomfort whatsoever during or after the procedure. She would have no hesitation in attending the surgery again or recommending to anyone. Thank you
Friendly staff, lovely reception and great service. Dentist was thorough and explained everything that he was doing. Would def recommend if you need specialised treatment to a root canal filling done incorrectly elsewhere. I receive detailed written explanation of what was needed and what would be done. Thank you
