I brought my disabled mother to the practice to be seen as she required some fillings and repair on a tooth. The lady dentist we saw was very approachable, friendly, professional, and went out of her way to help in every way she could. My mother is due to have surgery in a few weeks time and her dentist made sure her teeth are in satisfactory condition prior to her admission. The dental nurses are also very friendly and helpful. We are very grateful for the care and attention she has received. Thank you
Visited the dentist today after not being to a dentist for several months. I am a nervous patient due to a bad experience some years ago with a previous Dental practice. The dentist, Catherine, was extremely patient with me and advised me at every step what she was doing with great reassurance. Would definitely recommend
Avoid at all costs, I have a severe phobia of dentists but with being in so much pain I had no choice to attend to see if I could get the issue resolved with my teeth. Having been told I needed an extraction the dentist proceeded with the anaesthetic left it a few minutes and tried to extract the tooth. I tried to tell her that I could still feel the pain and it was shooting into my ear to be then told if I had that much pain in my ears then get a doctors appointment as THEY ARE DENTISTS NOT GP'S then put some more anaesthetic in to stop the pain which it never even blocked any of the pain in the first place whilst in the chair I felt I was going to have a panic attack to be told If I don't calm down we don't want you to have a heart attack I reiterated a few times I have a major phobia of dentist but she didn't seem bothered by what I was saying she was very rude to me and had no empathy for what I was saying. Well it's now safe to say that I will never ever go back to that dentist.

Been with this dentist for maybe over 20 year's and now ther have blocked me and my family for not attending last 2 appointment I was not very happy at all. I told the receptionist how do I unblock again she said no I felt very bad ther should give a warning 20 years just went down the drain
I am not the person who normally writes bad reviews about anyone. But today I felt compelled to do it to share my trauma I have been going through because of bad treatment done by the dentist lady at this practice. Before starting treatment here, I had no major issues with my teeth. I do take care of my teeth. I went to this practice for a minor filling in one of my tooth which came out. But she insisted to perform filling on more teeth. And there the problem started. While performing filling she spilled the composite to the middle surface of my front tooth which created bonding with that tooth and now settled there permanently there causing me discomfort. The other tooth touched by her started having extreme sensitivity. When I asked about it, she started prescribing me high dose fluoride toothpaste. When the situation didn’t improved, I had to go other dentist. There they identified the filling was badly done which caused infection to penetrate the root of the tooth and caused abscess bag to form. They also tried to smoothen the spilled composite but cannot remove it completely. My biggest worry is I might have to go for surgery to eliminate the abscess bag if not treated with root canal therapy. I wish I never would have came to this dentist.
Very very unprofessional I always get scaling done and specifically asked I need that but the lady dentist didnot do it properly spent no time and said we r not here to clean your teeth telling me I got gum disease and doing nothing about it and told me to brush twice a day which I already do thinking of changing dentist never had such experience before after visiting them started pain in my upper teeth on both sides must be something going on which they missed
Been told I am not welcome back as missed 3 appointments since last year even though 2 were covid related. I got messed about for days getting told I'd get a call back and didn't then getting put on hold for 10 minutes with no response so I hung up for me to finally get told days after not to go back and I had to chase this over and over to find out!! Shocking.. this went from Friday to the Tuesday to find out I did give notice!! Only the one in may I didn't! I don't even know why your replying don't waste your time
My son got an emergency appointment for 08.30 this morning. Travelling from South shields in peak traffic and heavy rain fall the taxi company recommend leaving at 07.30. He managed to get get there for 08.55 as the weather and traffic was horrendous. After 3 days of no sleep and excruciating pain he was turned away from a empty dental practice as they have a 5min late policy! No thought for the patient's pain or health. Absolutely disgusting service!
Hi , I just wanted to say, Thank you to the staff for all their help today. I had a Great experience from start to finish, the staff couldn’t be more helpful in my emergency. I was offered several appointments times to try and meet my needs. And given great directions to the facility, as it was my first visit to the practice. I am very happy with the service I received from the Dentist, he was patient and professional.
