Always happy to come to the practice. Very professional but also our dentist Jane Ford is and always has been very family orientated. Always puts her patients at ease and always does a fabulous job.
This place has gone down hill since I left a 5* review. Do not register at this place. If you want any treatment completed and not messed around continuously, then avoid at all costs. The owner is a butcher. The senior nurse is unprofessional. The receptionist is rude and righteous. I could go on! I'm disappointed I have had to leave 1 star!
Just had to have an emergency dental appointment and have to say for someone who is nervous as hell, I was at ease with this surgery from reception to nurse then dentist. talked me through everything and I had an extraction, can only recommend even if your like me a bag of nerves when it comes to having to visit dentists
Staff are amazing local bus no 10/11 stops right outside and takes you to the city centre This dentists is the best I've ever seen or been to the friendly staff will assist you in every way possible and always has your best interests at heart the dentists at this practice go above and beyond of what is asked of them just to make sure you have the best care possible. I unfortunately have lost all my teeth to I'll health and this practice has gone above what is asked just to make sure I get dentures to replace my lost teeth. I owe my most humble gratitude to the staff at this wonderful place. I 100% recommend that you visit the practice if you have any questions or concerns.
I suffer with anxiety and all the dentists and dental nurses and receptionists made me feel at ease would highly recommend this practice to anyone
My dental course has been with Dr Lee Histed and I can quite honestly say that he is a superb dentist. He puts you at ease from the moment you meet him. His knowledge is excellent and his nurses are also very pleasant and helpful. I have been through several procedures with Lee and have at no time felt pain or discomfort. If only all dentists were like him. A great big thank you to you Lee and I look forward to seeing you in the future.
Avoid!!! Appointment booked in emergency situation with really bad tooth pain for 3:15 PM, on arrival receptionist said it was booked for 1:15PM, they basically didn’t book me in as normally receiving txt msg when they actually do, they also not been happy to open phone log.! Bunch of cheater and very disrespectful!!
I have been a patient of Jane Ford's for many years now. I've been converted from being an extremely nervous patient with the help of Jane and the amazing team at S.Nepali Dental Practice. They have a lovely group of professional and friendly girls that put you at ease with their happy, smiley faces the second you walk into the practice.
Staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, although only been there once as referred to Special Dentistry Care at the Dental hospital...have waited now 15MONTH I have been Canceled and canceled and canceled on, for 15 month, by dentist hospital, thus causing my teeth to rot away, cause infection, gum disease... I will certainly be asking dentist NEPALI to see me again because, i know that there care is paramount, would recommend %100
Lovely shroopy will put you at ease as she does me every time..wish I had found this practice a long time ago.
