So happy they took me on as an NHS patient! The lass who saw me was great! Sorted my tooth out and everything. I've got to say it's great having a dentist with integrity. I've had other dentists try to drain me of money despite already have paid for band 3 treatment!

I have not visited a dentist for 7 years. I have tried to get a NHS dentist close to home. I am so pleased this practice accepted me. I had an emergency appointment due to my front tooth losing a filling and part of my tooth breaking. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The dentist,Simmi, put me at ease and fixed it for me. She was so gentle and gave me good advice and recommendation. I feel I can smile again with confidence. A dental plan has been put in place and future appointments booked. Highly recommend this practice. If it had 10 stars I would have chosen 10.

Wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone , the way my dad & mum were spoken to on the phone and hung up on it turned into a screaming match on the phone through the dentist misadvising my dad making him sign for something he thought he was having an X-ray. charging him £150 for just pictures to be taken of his teeth which i could of done a better job of just to add , pictures were poor quality & not what had originally been agreed on which was an X-ray. once money had been paid waiting for x ray images to be sent via email which never came , rang up practically 600 times as no one seems to answer the phone in this place. once answered phone rude receptionist who buts in interrupts , dental practice is supposed to help it’s patients with what they desire and what they are paying for and not withhold certain treatments especially when it’s robbing someone of £150. total shambles , down to the dentists and the rude receptionist. my dad has managed to go else where today and get what was required at the small cost of £30. just shows they are after money and not caring about patients willing to scream on phone at patients. never again, lesson learnt take my dad off your books he won’t be coming back to give you any more of his hard earned money. shocking practice

Very disappointed and shocked at the staff at this practice. There seems to be a lack of knowledge and communication between the staff as was told incorrect information and the staff did not take any responsibility for this, meaning I left without a check up being done. I was made to feel it was my fault as the customer and that shouldn’t be the case. The staff were not bothered about me leaving with a good outcome and happy for me to move practices because of the issues today. Every time I come, there is different dentists which could explain something and there so never any consistency. I would avoid if possible.

Have just been here recently and the staff made me and my family so welcome. Felt so much at ease. Was treated lovely compared to my other dentist who were horrible. This practice is the absolute best. Thanks all

I am glad I found this practice. I was desperately looking for an emergency appointment and tried few places before calling this practice. I was promptly given an appointment and looked after. I was examined by Adi , he immediately put me at ease with my apprehensions and recommended course of action for pain relief at first and designed a dental plan for coming months. Staff at reception were friendly and compassionate. I am happy I was seen by Adi and highly recommend this practice.

As soon as I met Adi for my consultation prior to fitting an implant, I was put at ease. He explained the process fully and with clarity so I knew exactly what would be involved.  The appointments were booked swiftly so I wasn't left waiting for long at all and on the day of my surgery I felt very looked after.  The surgery has state of the art impressive equipment which was comfortable,  used with ease and convenience to other experiences I have had at other dentists. The little touches, like the comfortable treatment chair and the tv on the ceiling do make the trip to the dentist a way more pleasant experience than most would imagine.  My dental implant surgery was completed quickly with so much care and consideration and the results are excellent. I have felt so looked after and I would highly recommend using Adi for any dental requirements.

I don't know what's happened to this place since fiona has left but I won't be going back. Son had a filling and said its worst he's ever had with hygienist,  don't know her name. I also have been having for years a coating put on my 2 front teeth to smooth them, had been done previously by 2 other dentists mark then fiona who were both amazing dentists no problems they paint it on let it dry and it's done.  Today i only got 1 tooth done even though I mentioned both and then had to colour match which I said I've never had done before then when it was done asked how it felt,  it felt worse then before she started filing , again I've never ever had this done. My tooth still isn't smooth and now feels so sensitive. No idea what's she's done but I've never had it before and done want it again. So unhappy

I would give zero stars if I could this is the most diabolical service I have ever experienced. Had an appointment cancelled in May which nobody bothered to contact me to tell me this, I turned up for the appointment and was turned away. I had another appointment in September and I called the day before to make sure it was still going ahead and I was assured it would be, only to receive a text a few hours later saying it was cancelled. I then had another appointment booked with the hygienist as the dentist Aditya Dubagunta told me I should have three-monthly appointments with the hygienist - what he failed to mention was that I also needed to have three-monthly appointments with the dentist in addition. Since I had only booked an appointment with the hygienist and the dentist was not available on the same day, this was the third appointment cancelled on me with short notice. Today I had an appointment booked with the dentist and hygienist and was asked if anyone tried to call me yesterday to which I responded no, to then be told for the fourth time in 7 months that my appointment had been cancelled with the hygienist. I cannot express my frustration enough as someone who works a full time job and has to book annual leave for these appointments, I cannot on a whim rearrange appointments and it is quite frankly disgusting behaviour to time and time again not make any attempt to get in touch and inform me when these appointments are cancelled as I have now wasted annual leave when I could have gone to work. Make no mistake, they have my mobile number and email and make no effort to contact me. I have been more than understanding but four times in a row is beyond ridiculous, not to mention the fact that you don’t get seen until a minimum of 40 minutes after you’ve actually booked your appointment for. Terrible practice, I would not recommend this to anyone.

Great patient care. Had my teeth cleaned with the lovely Hygiene/Therapist Kieran, which was excellent and so thorough with a lovely professional but friendly attitude. Then started my invisalign treatment with Dr Adi which is ongoing. Everything explained clearly and I felt comfortable asking any questions. Would definitely recommend this practice.
