Super pleased with my hygienist appointment with Natalie! Not only did she do a fabulous job on my teeth, but she went above and beyond in educating me about my teeth and how to properly care for them, as well as making me feel comfortable in general. I had such a great experience with them! They took care of my root canal, and everything went incredibly smoothly. The staff was super friendly and the doctors were really skilled. I'm genuinely pleased with the outcome. I'd absolutely suggest them to anyone in need.
Very disappointed with this dentist. Had emergency appointment to have tooth removed, Dentist was unable to remove so filled the tooth. Tooth is now troublesome again, they still want another £125 to remove the tooth!!!! So much for their motto ' we aim to provide a service second to none '. Double check their policy before parting with your money!
Could not be more happy with my experience at gosforth dental. I chipped my composite bonding on my front tooth on a Sunday, I called the dentist on Monday mooring and they managed to get me seen on Monday afternoon. The dentist was amazing and fixed the composite on the same appointment and it actually looks so much better than it did originally.
Brilliant service. I have used the services provided by Gosforth Dental Surgery over the past couple of years regular teeth cleaning and dental checkups. Natalie is very efficient in the hygienist appointments. Hisham and Natalie discuss things in full details to give you the complete picture. I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction with Hisham, only taking around 10 minutes. The receptionists are also effective in following up the appointments and setting up time for the required treatments.
Very friendly & professional. I am normally very nervous of the dentist. However, from my first visit Ahmed, Kat & the rest of the team made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this surgery.
Absolutely fantastic service. Waiting for 2 weeks for an extraction with my local dentist. I was in agony so thought I would try Gosforth Dental Surgery. Rang at 9:30am. Appointment at 11:30am and was extracted and was back home by 12:30pm. I will be using this dental surgery going forward. Thanks again for the great service.
I have been with Gosforth Dental Surgery for almost a year at the time of writing this and have found them to be highly professional, very attentive to their customer/patient wellbeing and fully focused on delivering high quality care. The mix of technology and excellent customer service is great to see!
Amazing caring service from start to finish. Called at 9am as needed an emergency extraction, was given an appointment for 10:40, was back at work for 11:40, upfront and honest about charges. Definitely considering switching to private instead of NHS. If your nervous about dentists, please just call them, they will put you at ease and take care of you, truly amazing . Thankyou
Always nervous about coming to the dentist but had to book an emergency appointment- Alexandra was so lovely, made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Explained everything in thorough detail and just made it a good experience in general. Practice is very nice and clean. Receptionists are lovely. Would very much recommend this practice and I would return for future needs.
