Excellent ! Dr Kanaa is one of the top professionals, Very knowledgeable & being an expert in his field when scenarios are not looking so good. Thank you so much To Dr K for taking great care of my teeth. He made a wonderful outcome. In fact, he is very good at making cosmetic improvements as well. He is very transparent to say what to expect with excellent communication skills. Also, his team works with Nurse Chloe who is very kind and professional. I highly recommend it.
They're so professional, helpful and competent. I phoned them to ask if they got a recommendation letter from my orthodontist for teeth extraction. They hadn't so they said they would contact the orthodontist. I'm usually very skeptical when people say they will call me back later in the UK, but they actually phoned the orthodontist and got back to me very quickly. I'm so happy with their service. Had I known, I would have asked them for Invisalign.
Dr Kanaa fixed my daughter’s front tooth after she fell over and it fractured. He is very professional, gentle and calming. We attend the practice regularly. The dental nurses are all excellent, particularly Olivia. Highly recommend!
I had a wonderful Invisalign experience with Jack. Everything went really smoothly. He always went above and beyond to fit me in for appointments around my work schedule. Jack was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any of my friends and family. Thanks again Jack for making me have a confident smile!
Really good practice. They give a professional service from start to finish. I see Dr Kanaa and Nurse Lucy who are great and talk you through the treatment you are having. Also they are really friendly which always helps.
I had some serious dental problems during the Covid lockdown and ended up in a mess and a lot of pain due to the fact that I couldn't visit my dentist for months, as this wasn't seen as an emergency. Dr Kanna and Nurse Ellie went over and above, extracting one tooth that had split from top to bottom vertically in one piece with minimal pain. He also managed to save another tooth that had cracked, removing the broken section and then patching it up so well that I honestly can't tell which tooth was broken. Any other dentist would probably have just pulled out my poor tooth, so I'm eternally grateful for the effort put into saving it! It's always a pleasure to visit a dentist who takes such obvious pride in his work, has the skills to match, and will do his best to ensure everything go as smoothly as possible.
I've been coming to Perfect Smile for over a decade now and they have never disappointed in terms of quality of service, friendliness and prices charged. I have one particular molar that has rejected four different filling attempts over the last three years, but PS dentists have never given up on this very sensitive and difficult tooth and my current dentist Jack finally cracked the problem by very slowly and carefully building layers of filling so as to cut out the sensitivity. The tooth is finally, I am delighted to have Jack as a dentist, and despite not having lived in Gosforth for years, I will never consider changing dentists as long as PS will have me! Thanks to the whole team for years of brilliant and persistent work.

Very sad to be moving and leaving this practice. Staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Jack Dowling especially has been wonderful across all of my Invisalign treatment. He has been able to answer all my questions, making changes and suggestions based on my needs and made everything super easy. I couldn't be happier with the results and am not afraid to smile again! 10/10 practice, would recommend to anyone. Thank you!
Jack is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to Invisalign, and i’m so happy with my results that Jack created. My Invisalign journey wasn’t the most straightforward through no fault of Jack’s and he always went above and beyond to get me in on short notice/on his lunch to sort things as quickly as possible. Jack is more than happy to answer any questions and goes through the various options you have. If you are nervous at the dentist i’m lucky not to be! then you are in safe hands with Jack - him and his team provide a very relaxed atmosphere and talk you through everything. Could not recommend Jack more
