I attended Fawdon Dental practice earlier this year I was informed I needed 2 x fillings and a deep clean, I attended my first appointment and was expecting all 3 treatments, I was informed they would only be able to do 1x filling on this appointment? I was then giving a second appointment for the second filling and deep clean, when I attended my second appointment as I walked into to the room I was asked in which treatment I wanted done as they would be unable to do the 2 treatments, I was a bit puzzled as to why this was ? However I chose the filling, on further inspection and an ex-ray I was informed I did not need a filling ? So was giving a deep clean, which was a bit rough I have to say. I’m leaving this review as think the dentist was not very professional the building is very old not how you would expect a dentist to be I have to add as a nhs staff member myself I pride myself on good customer service and have had a lot of positive feed back on the care I give our patients, would just like to add the reception lady with the blond hair is very polite and professional, she gets 5*****
I had a tooth extraction last week by Dr Mohri the procedure went extremely well and was over in a couple of minutes. Amy the dental nurse was present also and made me feel at ease. For a small dental practice they give exceptional service, the dentists, and dental nurses are amazing. Many thanks

Absolutely fantastic dentist team with two first class dentists and a great backup team. Not too difficult to get an appointment and reception does a great job. Dentistry is really good and at a sensible price. I have been here for 20 years and several changes of dentist,all great. Highly recommended team. Location is fabulous for Metro. Good text auto reminder service the day before your appointment.
I’ve been attending this practice now for three years. My dentist is Miss Zia and I’d have no hesitation in recommending her. She’s friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I’ve experienced no problems at all after any treatments she’s provided for me. Additionally the nursing and reception staff are also friendly and efficient!
We've just signed up as new patients here after. our previous dentist closed at short notice. We've found everyone in the practice is helpful and friendly. Good communication from both dentists we"ve seen. My wife's "dentist phobia" has gone and she's comfortable there Thank you Colin and Irene Oakley
had the worst experience ever, I would never come back to them again. I had my tooth filled by Dr Zia and she asked me to set on the chair and never communicated anything else, except of saying that I have route canal decay. She injected the anesthetic in a sudden and felt so awful and all the procedures after that was so stressful and painful. I was in pain for two days. After few days I had my tooth broken while I was brushing it, which means that she pressed too much filling. I feel so frustrated now and didn't even want to contact them.
I saw Miss M Zia today for a teeth cleaning after recently joining the practice. I came away feeling looked after. Such a friendly and inviting environment. I have had a crown made and fitted in my short time at the practice. I have recommended the practice to my family members.
So mind blown that I was able to call and ask to join as an NHS patient. The whole time I was convinced that I’d turn up and there would be a mistake, but nope. I feel like I’ve found a golden unicorn that shoots rainbows from its mouth. Hopefully others looking for a dentist as an NHS patient find this practice in time, too. Miss Zia very friendly and helpful, explaining the pricing and difference in treatment. Allowing plenty of time for an indecisive person like me weigh up the options. Thank you for still thinking about the NHS and those who rely on it.
