I write this in a lot of pain with an abscess. I live just around the corner and was registered with this dentist as an NHS patient. I visited in the belief that I would be seen with my Dental emergency but was told that I had been deregistered as I had not attended since 2018. This is odd as the practice stopped seeing NHS in the first lockdown so how could I attend? The receptionist could not care less about this and was very snotty with me. She said that I could be seen as a private patient. Wow, thanks for that. She also did not give me any advice as to what I should do. How caring. Unlike Nepali Dentist just up the road whose receptionist was so much better and gave professional customer service. Such a shame that, in this day and age, someone with a Dental emergency is turned away from their local Dentist and be treat with disdain on the basis that they are not paying. I had 25 years as a Registered Nurse and would feel ashamed if I turned someone in need away.

The warm welcome, the excellence of care, the witty banter on arrival all come together to make it a place where you can relax, knowing you're in safe hands. A great team and magical tooth fixing – thanks, all. Highly recommended by me. Thanks, Dr John.

Helpful and friendly staff but the workmanship could be better as my fillings have not lasted as long as they should
